HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! Was told one thing and scheduled a delivery date made arrangements at work to be able to be home. Called the day of to confirm the delivery and they told me they couldnāt get ahold of me because they had noted the wrong number. The manager was really rude and Iāll admit I was upset and kept speaking. Now as a manager your supposed to let the customer speak let them be heard and handle the situation with ease comfort and reason. This manager kept trying to speak over me and while I was trying to speak on how upset I was about the situation she stated āwow so your going to speak over meā she couldnāt reason with me or even hear me out on scheduling the delivery the date it was set on or even the next day because they were short staffed and there was nothing she can do. I just found that really rude and ignorant based on how Iām the customer and you couldnāt even hear me out and just shut me down even though they noted the number wrong and messed up on their end in the beginning. Best believe im paying this of ASAP and never again bringing business here. No matter what you do or where you work, customer service and hospitality are the key focal points. This store manager was just rude and aggressive for no reason making me sound dumb. And as it states all calls are monitored and recorded I hope the higher ups listen to the call and address that issue.
