This is the way we received our order to go. Looks like someone took a bite out of my burger, but I'm sure that's not the case. The Whataburger Jr was minced almost beyond recognition. Total order $22+ usd. 1/3 of order to general satisfaction. Paying premium dollar just like everyone else. Gas is pretty high to go back and get re-order. We don't live close. Spoke with a manager named Rosario. She said we could come back. Refused. She said she would make it right. Placed on compensation list. We'll see. I'll come back and edit review if they do. 7-25-22 Edit----- Whataburger had the previous review removed. Placed new review....now this one is back. Went back, order was replaced. Forced to check ✔️ order...should have done this on the first order and Rosario kept the original receipt. That's ok I took a pic. Done with Whataburger. It's not like people don't have a choice. She says I can take your order over here and then walks away in the middle of me ordering and tells the guy next to her to finish taking my order. Who does that? Then she mumbles to him that she doesn't want to take my order anymore. The kitchen was a mess. They had cleaning sprays next to food. They had a bunch of young kids working. I was dining in at the very back and could hear them cursing, laughing, and messing around in the back. Floor was all greasy. The cashier should've been my first clue to find another whataburger to dine in at! Food wasn't the way I ordered it, but I was ready to just leave. Then the guy that is bringing out my tray tries to pass it off to another guy to take it out, doesn't offer ketchup or napkins, just puts the tray on the table and leaves. Read moreI wish I could give this whataburger 0 stars. I just dinned in with my family, June 24th 7pm. There was so many flies, and no one was attempting to get rid of them. I kept having to wave my hand around my food to make sure no flies stopped on it. I waited 25+ minutes for my food, and once it finally came it was cold. I was also missing food in my order, so I had to bring it to the attention of the workers. The restaurant was also very dirty food all over the floor which didn’t help with the flies. It was also obvious so many other customers were having problem with their orders, and the workers as well as the manager lacked the ability to give fast solutions.
