We drove up to the drive thru and never have I seen a touch screen to order at a drive thru. But that was ok we started my order which I only want a white chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and pickles with salt and pepper toasted. Not hard right? But when we got to the options and we clicked the chicken all of the other chicken specialty subs came up. I just wanted plain chicken sub we tried three times trying to order my sub but no luck. So my husband clicked the help button to ask for help and your employee Emily came on asking “ how she could help”. So my husband asked her that we just wanted a 6in white bread with plain chicken add lettuce, tomato and pickles with salt and pepper but we don’t see the option for just plain chicken. But instead of taken the order your employee Emily passed us over to an other employee Joseph. And he just said to “tap the screen to start”. He didn’t ask how he could help or just take the order. They were not busy. When we drove up a mom and child were leaving and we were the only ones at the drive thru. Once that all happened we drove around and we saw one lady leaving. So I got off and ordered inside. When I asked them why they couldn’t help us when we were outside and your employee Joseph say that the option I was looking for was there and I could look under the subs. Which my husband did. And I was not walking outside to the drive thru to check. That was a smart a** thing to say. Why would I go back out to look if I’m already inside? That was very bad customer service. Instead of apologizing Joseph was getting me more upset with smart remarks. And when I talking to Joseph, Emily was making my sandwich which she started add onions on it. So I repeated that I wanted lettuce, tomatoes and pickles with salt and pepper. Emily still didn’t see her mistake so I told her I don’t want onions on it. Still didn’t add the salt or pepper on it. I got their names, paid and left. So stupid that you go through the drive thru and you can’t just tell them what you want! First and last time at this location. And that’s sucks because that’s the closest one...
Read moreWorst serve I’ve had in a while at this location! I ordered fountain drinks for my kids and I not to realize the fountain machine wasn’t even working! So we decided on sweat tea, none available, okay let’s get unsweetened tea again none available! Not to mention the only drink available was Dr.pepper which was watered down! I informed the workers they stated they had ran out and didn’t want to brew because it was going to take awhile! Okay, we paid for our drinks and we had to result in bottle waters! We asked if they can honor the difference since it was an inconvenient that the fountain drinks were out and the teas had ran out! The worker with a tattoo under her chin stated no because she would have to cancel the order and it was too much! Like it’s your job! Don’t want to provide customer service don’t work! Read moreI admit my order was long. 4 subs and a pizza. But after waiting for 50 minutes in my car via drive-thru, I watched 3 customers walk in and get their sandwiches done. I had to wave to get someone's attention. Then I was advised that they didn't have pizza and that all sandwiches that had elected for provolone had all been replaced with white American cheese (no choice given). I replaced the pizza for about sub. After waiting for nearly an hour, they finally decided to start my order, and the young lady suggested I drive around so they could take the food to my car, but I refused. I asked why the long wait, and she said "that wasn't her problem". They failed to toast all my sandwiches. The car behind me in a tesla gave up and left.
