Nail Country and Tan Spa — Attraction in Wesley Chapel

I came back here after years of not going there. There were two of us. One for gel manicure and one for a fill w gel polish. The girl that did the gel manicure, kept getting up, being on her phone. Did an 'ok' job. The fill was good. The man was pleasant and funny. The biggest issue: they charged both of us to "shape" our nails an extra $5 each. Now...for the manicure her nails were very short, didn't need much shaping at all yet the charge. For mine, my nails were long, all needed was slight reshape. Since when the heck does a place charge for shaping nails??? Never before. And when I questioned about it, they said because we had to use a file on your nails. This is extremely ridiculous. One of the other workers came to the cashier's desk and was quite rude. Enough that I told her get the hell out of my face because I don't take BS from anyone and I was not going to try to listen to her speak to me in a rude way or condescending. All I did was ask why they were charging extra for shaping a nail when that should be included within the manicures. So I will never go back here again. Too bad though the guy was really talkative really nice. Did a decent job on my nails, the fill. But that's why they get two stars. You don't get to be rude to customers. Especially when they're not being rude. I was being nice to them I simply asked why the charge when I've never been...

Do not go here if you want good service. I went for a pedicure and manicure and they were very loud and obnoxious. I paid for the deluxe pedicure which in my opinion was no difference in a regular. Rather than focus on making it relaxing they talked very very loud, interrupted my message to answer her cellphone, didn’t offer me the colors to look at just asked what colors I was doing. They didn’t open clean, sterilized utensils in front of me. She just used a dirty bucket that she threw the stuff back in. I eventually was the only person in there and she proceeded to do my manicure while i was getting my pedicure as if they were in a hurry. She stopped my back massage to paint my nails. The utensils they were using looked dirty and she would wipe them on the towel and continue using it as if it hadn’t been cleaned. They seemed very rushed and like I was a burden there rather than making it a relaxing environment. I will be returning back to Touch Nail Spa, they provide way...

Went with my daughters to do a girl day. I wanted a mani/pedi/eyebrows and my daughters a pedi. I asked for a specific style they decided that Asia would be better doing my nails. When I sat in Asia’s chair she said what color I responded pink but regular polish. She said no you do gel. I said no. She got upset and said she does not have pink in regular polish and grabbed my hands and dragged them towards her. Cut my nails way too short I wanted short and pointy. I canceled my eyebrows and pedicure. I stated why are you upset because I would not take the gel. She began to argue and said you need to do gel or dip not regular. Thao eventually had to take over doing my nails. Her and Tammy apologized for Asia’s behavior. $40 for the ugliest nails ever.
