The Dairy Building — Attraction in West Allis

I'm impressed with the size. But that's it. Compared to other cream puff and Chou cream I had, this tasted like edible air with a lb of powder sugar on top. The fact that it's the local staple, and the media, limited time to get them, and lack of competition in cream puff or Chou cream in the area, you could see why people are blinded by the hype. It tasted decent but not as excellent as the media and locals want you to think. I'm still on my quest to find my go to place for cream puff. Not...

The cream puffs are very good, if you're into them. My family enjoys them. I'm not a fan.

My rating is in regards to how they now have it set up to purchase cream puffs.

You walk a long ways to pay for your order and then continue on the winding path.

The police officer even thought it was a dumb set up. Not one person in line...

Although I'm not the biggest fan of creme puffs, I would say my 10 y/o and partner are :). Always fun to see them being made and everyone enjoying...
