Great shopping experience! I love that there is not a salesperson. I watched the short video and placed my order in the store. There was a great selection to chose from. We ordered a box spring with our mattress. Customer service called us right away and said the mattress had one in it. Did not realize that. So they are honest too. A day later we realized we would need the hardware for the head frame. Called them and no problem, they added it to our delivery. Excellent communication from the start and with letting us know what time frame they would be at our house. They young men that delivered were very nice and respectful of the property. It was a very simple transaction and delivery was easy. Provided our garage code and they left it inside. We liked being able to try out the different mattresses and then went to the kiosk in store to select and make purchase, scheduled the delivery and back to home. We're very happy with our decision. Bought my bed just a little over a week ago. Love it! Was able to go into the store, lay on the beds and see what was right for.
