Subway — Restaurant in West Bend

It says online that they open at 8:00 AM but it wasn’t until 8:23 that a couple with a young baby and no uniforms got there and opened up the store. I got there at 8:20 to get a sub but after witnessing this I said forget it. I called and asked what time in the morning they open and was told “my store is open”. If these are the owners this shows a great lack of professionalism. I used to be a shift leader/person in charge at a fast food restaurant and I’m very understanding of the industry but when your in a leadership role you need to be on time specially if you’re opening and you shouldn’t have a young child with you. This left poor impression. If you struggle to open on time I would recommend updating/changing your hours that will allow you to setup and open on time reliably and comfortably. This place has gone completely down the drain ever since Lisa left! I used to come here for lunch about 3-4 times a week. Most of the containters are left uncovered and all the food looks dried up and gross. I sent an email a couple of months ago explaining how I felt about the food and just overall dirty place and never heard back. Last Thursday I thought I would try it again and nope not a thing has changed. I had to get to work so I had her make my sandwich, got to the register and the credit card machine was not working. The girl apologized and told me to go on line and try ordering and paying that way. I told her I didn’t have time to come back. Nothing offered not even the sandwich that was already made. I guess my sandwich went in the garbage, such a waste! So sad because it used to be a good place...

Please do not eat here for it it's totally unsanitary.Got fired for not being Indian. Totally went downhill since being run by Indians. Man works with his wife and she breastfeeds in the back room and changes baby's diapers on the food prep table and doesn't wipe it down. The place is dirty and disgusting. They are not familiar American standards of cleanliness. When product becomes outdated they just change the dates to give it an extra week or so ... Yuck

Any good reviews about the bread, veggies, meat. I have been an employee there for 3 years. These people do not wear gloves. They go to the bathroom they don't wash their hands. They change their baby and have baby poop on their hands and do not wash them and prepare food. It is absolutely disgusting and I urge you not...
