Ordered food for my kids and I last night at 425pm. I got an email stating that they got my order and it will be on its way shortly. It also gave me a link so I can watch as my order gets prepped and delivered. My debit card was also charged 50.02. Waited 2 hours thinking that if they were busy and would take them longer. Nope, never got our food and when I tried to call they answered the phone but said they were closed and couldn't do anything about it. So, called again today and at first the gal told us that she couldn't find my order at all, but then somehow found it. She starts explaining how they didn't have staff last night so they weren't delivering. Okay, then why have it as an option?? Also, it stated that a Door dash person would be delivering it so then it shouldn't have mattered how many staff the restaurant had. So I ask her that, why do I get an email stating it's on its way when it clearly wasn't. She proceeded to tell me that was impossible. Well it is possible . If you aren't doing deliveries don't have it as an.option then because we waited so long and my kids were hungry. I asked her what the problem was was she stated that it had pushed back my.order to Nov. 17th. Something about since they had no delivery drivers. Once again, why is it a option to have deliveries? Never once was that stated while placing my order. She told me my money should be back on my card within 2 days. I am not rich, I had to shell out 50 for panera and another 50 to another place since it was so late and we didn't get any food and we were hungry. Now I have to wait a couple of days for my money to be put back on my card. Never once was there an apology or an offer for some food or whatever. Not the best way to handle that situation. Especially when dealing with frustrated momma and hungry kids. I'm disappointed in the way they handled everything. Read moreThis was the 3rd order in a row that was completely wrong. I tried unsuccessfully to place my order online for pickup. I wanted 2 whole napa almond chicken salad sandwiches and I was getting a message that they were not available. I called the West Bend store and spoke to a guy who put me on hold and came back stating it was the sourdough bread causing the problem, but he fixed it so I should be able to place the order online now. I tried 2 more times, also tried refreshing before each attempt. Got the same message that it was unavailable. I went to the store and placed the order in person. They were out of sourdough bread, so I accepted white bread. I asked for no greens or tomatoes on the 2 sandwiches, but they were put on both sandwiches. I also ordered an Asian Sesame with Chicken salad (poor quality lettuce pieces) and asked for 2 extra dressings, along with baguettes for all my sides for each item. There was only 1 dressing (a sad partial container) for a whole salad and only 1 baguette with 2 bags of chips that I didn't ask for. Prices are too high for these kinds of things to happen with every order. I empathize with busy meal times, but this was after the lunch rush and simply comes down to people not listening and paying attention to details. I'd consider the mistakes with today's order minor compared to the two prior orders, but irritating enough to post this review. As far as I'm concerned...3 strikes and you're out. Read moreThis is absolutely ridiculous with this location on Paradise in West Bend. I was here last week and of course they completely screwed up my latte. I decided to give them another chance this morning and once again they screwed up my latte. I asked for a medium hot Madagascar vanilla latte with an extra pump and two extra shots of espresso. They added the two extra shots but it doesn't seem any syrup, Madagascar vanilla, was put in. This coffee is so strong, how I wanted it, but without the flavoring it's impossible to drink. It tastes very bitter. I don't know how I can say an extra pump of flavor and I end up getting none or they put Less in because there's no flavor whatsoever it's straight expresso. I also ordered the avocado egg white and cheese sandwich. When I opened it Not only was it rock hard on the outside but the avocado was all over the rapper and top of the bun instead of on the sandwich period the egg whites only covered half of the sandwich who wants to eat just the bread. I did not bother to call because when I did call last time I was told I was being sent Coupons for a buy two and for the latte And I never received it, So what's the point of calling again, I will never Go to this place again Period all together now I am out $34 in bad coffee and terribly made sandwiches.
