Dr. Michael Gray: The Michigan Cosmetic Surgery Center and Skin Deep Spa — Attraction in West Bloomfield Township

First I would like to say that I am only 3 weeks PO. I had the HGTT with lipo to the back and the waist on 10/14. POSSIBLY A LONG REVIEW. I discovered DR. Gray on facebook the first thing that stood out to me was his no BMI requirement simply because I do not want weigh 185 to be comfortable in my skin. So I joined his group and was in love with what I was hearing and seeing from the other ladies. Consultation time- i send my funds we meet and again the DR. is a smooth talker which being from NY myself that did not detour me. Booked and paid had to wait a few weeks for my scripts. I had to call his office a few times with questions, the staff is very busy and it shows on the phone. lots of misses of things. OH HE DOESNT REQUIRE MEDICAL CLEARANCE which i took upon myself to get. So here we are day of surgery everything goes great. no complaints yet. I get back to the hotel and start my healing. No calls or check up from the office staff or anything. I called to confirm my post op for the following monday. get to post op i was in and out he said everything looks good, one of the nurses drained my tubes and im good to fly home. I have since been to the hospital in fear of seromas and blood clots. my tube was causing me soo much pain because it was coming out, i sent pics and called multiple times and was told if its draining its working leave it alone. well 2 days later the left drain comes out early. my right one stayed in for 14 days. I have a hard time healing with any process and to say the least i was not prepared for all the issues and when i contact the dr he tells me to follow his instructions and i will be fine, my belly button is infected, my incesion is healing uneven i have overlapping skin that will not heal. I am swollen and need to go to get another sonogram to rule out seromas. There are risk with any surgery and choosing your surgeon is important. I found out there is another group on fb with ladies who were deleted and blocked by dr gray to prevent other women from hearing the not to pretty side of dr gray. Once in this group we shared stories and gave insight and dr gray secretly created another fb page to join. Once he was in the group he decided to block all those who have been hospitalized or expressing concern of their complications from his official HGTT page. Then decided to start texting and messaging ladies telling us we are lying and we are at fault, or the hospitals are at fault etc. So here i am worried everyday that i do not get an infection like the others im worried about my belly button and my healing and he blocks me. he is my surgeon who i should be able to go to for after care and he blocked me? because im struggling with the healing and he shuts me out. I am not the only one he did this too. there is another girl who was hospitalized and put on suicide watch because she literally had pockets of infection throughout her body. There is a class action law suit in works. I feel like he took my money and threw me away. my results im okay with so far aside from my incision it looks like my 7 yr old stitched me up it was not worth the risk and complications. I would not recommend Dr gray to anyone else and will make sure to share my experience with anyone who wants to listen. He has botched too many people and something must be going on with his sterilization process as he is aware of at least 14 girls with infection going through wound care to save their lives. Keep moving and please do your due diligence if you are considering this dr. I gave him 2 stars because he removed a good amount off me and once i am out the danger zone im sure ill...

Well where do I begin. I has breast augmentation 25 years ago. At hat te we didn't have internet like we do today. I went to him because he was the only Dr that did them through the belly button. First he told me that he was the Dr that that should we say was the one that again should I say came up with that. A lie. He was very rude and no bedside manners at all. He didn't take much time and seemed to me didn't want to answer my questions. I missed my I my 2nd check up after having them done and when I called the office said to bad so sad we won't see you. I couldnt believe it After spending all that money

I was told that they don't last that long. I had no problems up until 3 weeks ago whe 1 started leaking which is normal after that long and the Dr i went to said was definitely time any way due to more than just leaking. They encapsulate which is hardening of the tissue around the breast.

First of all I want to say about the Dr that did the new implants was amazing. He took his time explained what happens after that long and not only gave me 1 choice of what to do but 3. At my age, 65 i choice the least expensive. He was not pushy and lete tell you his staff was as good as him. His assistant said that most patients at my age choose just to have them replaced. I could have spent 20,000 but I could tell it was about the money to his office. They are genuinely about your needs. So lnow get to the point. My Dr called me this evening to check on me and in a very nice told me about the hack job he did. He didn't exactly say that but could have. My implants were put inover the mustle not under which was my choice. My right breast never looked right but I just figured was do to the implants. Well my Dr when he called me tonight spent a lot of time with explaining what had happened. He said that the right breast when he did the surgery he put the implants half under the muscle. Also advised me that the way he did them the incision was not correct. Was in the wrong place. He actually told me that on my first visit. He was very concerned about me. He took 25 minutes at 9 pm talking with me and explaining everything. If I was anyone thiabout getting implants from Dr Grey, RUN, I wouldn't let...

Bought Therascar from their office. Not my first time, they have an offer of buy one get one half off. I make my purchase and I get an email 2 days later asking what my address was because it wasn't on the order. Well you cannot submit the order with those areas blank. I respond. 4 days later receive my package and their is ONLY one bottle in there. I send a message through their actual business page with the order# and receipt. I get a response back asking "What is your name" (that's it. Just what is your name) I respond back with Name, Address, phone number, order of receipt, complaint...No Response. I send a separate message through the business page, again, no response. So I decide to call the next day instead and got transferred to THREE different people, the 3rd girl was SO RUDE. Put me on hold and came back with "Well I have to call the post office and see what happened because it says on our end we mailed out 2 and the package weighed out 2 bottles. So I said "OK, but I STILL ONLY GOT ONE...so regardless of what the post office says what are we going to do.??" She says "Well we will have to wait and see, ok? Ok bye" NO "Can I have your number to call you back? We want you to get what you paid for so we will send another one out at that time" NOTHING. So basically I paid for product I never received and the way the WHOLE THING was handled is fishy to me. As if someone in the office couldn't have weighed the package with TWO in it and then took one out after they printed the postage stamp and then sealed it and sent it out as just one. I say it's probably the very lady using the "post office" as leverage to determine IF I DID OR DIDNT receive 2 bottles. It's not fast food and I'm not 16 trying to get a free burger. I'm trying to get what I paid for. DO NOT do any business with this company. After further research, they have even scammed other out of THOUSANDS of dollars for procedures they medically had to cancel. Shady shady business. Him and all of his unprofessional office ladies. As shady as he is, sounds like his staff are even more shady, probably stealing from him being that he sounds to be SO BUSY and unaware of other....
