Noble Appliance — Attraction in West Bloomfield Township

Our built in KitchenAid refrigerator with custom panels matching our cabinets died...and it has doubled in price since we purchased it in 2008. It is no longer available with ice and water dispensers in the door, and Grandma, who lives with us, relies on these.

I did not look forward to purchasing a new one for $11,000 so I started looking around the internet and found a GE Monogram that fit the bill, but again, the price is astronomical.

Eventually I found what I wanted at Noble Appliance. Brand new but open box with a manufacturer's warranty, and not paying taxes (it was shipped out of state to me in Florida) helped offset the shipping cost. The entire process was exceptionally easy and Patrick Williams was every bit as exceptional as well. In truth, I was also swayed by the fact that I was dealing with an established appliance dealer with several mortar and brick locations who already has a decent reputation.

I negotiated an extended warranty at dealer's cost and in total easily saved 25% of what I would have paid retail.

The refrigerator was prepared for shipping by Noble Appliance in a truly outstanding manner. Mounted on a pallet, it was first shrink wrapped, then covered in bubble wrap, then a custom box was fabricated with 2X4s, 3/4" paneling and wood screws to protect it en route. It arrived in perfect condition.

I just paid $100 to have the old refrigerator hauled away. It's amazing how nice it is to have a refrigerator in your kitchen. Thank you for all of your help Patrick.

My wife and I purchased dishwasher & dryer on March 8, 2025 from the West Bloomfield store. Sales associate was Patrick. Was told delivery would occur in 5-7 days (both items were supposedly in stock in their Heartland warehouse). Noble uses 3rd Party company for delivery / installation. Dryer was delivered on March 18, 2025 but delivery company had no information regarding dishwasher and said we would be contacted. 2 additional weeks go by with no follow up. My wife returned to the store on April 2, 2025 to speak with Patrick in person and ask why our dishwasher was not delivered. Patrick did not remember my wife as a customer and was dumbfounded on why the dishwasher was not delivered. I did ultimately receive a phone call from Patrick indicating there was a mix-up and the dishwasher would be delivered on Tuesday April 8, 2025. I also received a call from delivery company indicating delivery would be made on Tuesday April 8 with a 9-12 pm delivery window. Tuesday April 8 comes…no delivery. I left Patrick a very detailed voicemail and text message with zero response.
