OnFemme — Attraction in West Bloomfield Township

I contacted the store directly prior to going because I had never shopped there before nor do I live in the area. I was in search of a certain style of dress and a certain designer. The drive was far so I wanted to confirm if they had what I was looking for. When speaking to the owner I explained the colors and occasion. I was assured there were many options and they had many styles in the brand I wanted. I was misled. They had one extra small dress in the length and color I was searching for. The owner was not even at the store when speaking with me to verify inventory. A complete waste of time and gas. I did not appreciate the horrible customer service given...

Horrible customer service. Purchased a top from this place months ago. I noticed the postal company said sending back to sender before it had been attempted to drop. They said the paperwork was not completely properly and the sender had to fix it. I notified onfemme by email of the error. No reply. Followed it up two more times. No reply. Messaged them on Instagram twice. No reply. Saw them post on their story’s and so they are ignoring my messages. Extremely unprofessional whatever you do don’t buy from them. No have to contact my bank to get my money back as they will not reply...

If you live in the surrounding metro Detroit area, this is seriously the best shop around!! They have everything from lounge and activewear to date night and party dresses! I’ve found the customer service to be outstanding and the girls here are incredibly helpful! Stop in and ask what’s new and let them show you around. They also have a great website and I like to follow their socials for new items and outfits recommendations, as well as sales....
