Horrible carry out experience! This restaurant NEVER answers their phone! Someone gave me a gift card for this place so I had to use it up. Every time I tried to call in the order no one answered the phones. I started thinking they were closed during the day after calling 5 times trying to order lunch. The one time they actually picked up for my dinner order they put me on hold just by setting the phone on the counter off the hook so I could hear all the noise in the restaurant. I was on hold for almost 7 minutes before I decided to hang up and call back. I called back 4 times and no one answered. After finally talking to someone to place my order, I got to the restaurant and they didn’t even know what the order was and I had to wait another 25 minutes for them to make it. The food is average at best. Lentil soup is terrible, no flavor at all and the salads are wilted. This was also the second time they got my order wrong, same thing happened to me the first time I ordered carry out. Do not waste...

I've been going to Loya Organic for a few months now, and it never fails to impress. The seating is cozy, the service is friendly, and most importantly, the food is amazing.

I love the freshness and rich flavor of all of the menu items, from the kebab wraps to the goji berry salad and chicken karahi. Plus, the fact that all the ingredients are organic really lets you know that the food you're buying doesn't just taste great but is also great for you.
