Interiors of Stone — Attraction in West Chicago Township

Three months ago I used Interior of Stone for the third time, apparently quality has gone down hill. I initially was unpleased with the installation in terms of damaged cabinets, marks below outlets, and sloppy caulk work. I let this go as well as needing to hire a painter to caulk around the backsplash as it was installed with a huge gap to the wall.

Three weeks ago I noticed a chip in the quartz and reached out for guidance. After several slow email responses I have now been informed that my crack is a "chip" and Interior of Stone takes no responsibility.

My best advice is to go somewhere else. The price is good but you make a huge sacrifice in terms if quality, customer service, and...

We were happy to find a local business in our neighborhood that could provide us with a vanity top for our bathroom renovation. They were also able to cut a thresholds for the tub ledge and shower curb. We did have to change the faucets mid-project, and although there ended up being a mix-up as a result, they immediately admitted their mistake and corrected it within a few days. Not all projects can go perfectly, and I think a company that handles issues in this manner deserve 5-stars as well. Not a single time have I heard a complain regarding their service (the girls in the office are very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and pleasant to work with).
