Read moreMy two older kids attended when they were younger. Now my youngest attends. They really help mode my child into a positive direction. She has a mentor here, she gets homework help, gets picked up from school, makes new friends, attend outings. She is encouraged to better herself. They have award ceremonies which made the children proud. They have also camp. This is a positive environment for after school activities for children. They even open on some days that CPS is closed. However, they lack follow-ups when children get hurt or are bullied. We had one bad experience with one of the counselors (Stacey or Tracy) who began yelling at my mom when requesting information about her grandson head injury.
