I had a bad experience here today. I ordered a steak torta. I wasn't given any utensils like fork, spoon, and knife.
Now the torta looked as if it was cut in half perfectly but it wasn't, because when I grabbed the half of the sandwich the bottom whole entire bread ripped off and everything just fell out.
The sandwich did look good, but during this time I had know utensils, which to me didn't make any sense at all.
So I returned it and was about to call it, even though they were making me a new one.
But since the waiter said there making it now, I decided to wait. I notice my torta didn't look like the first. This time the bread was really smashed and toasted, which I thought was weird. But I thought it was normal because I thought another cook had made it. Either way, after eating it I felt really sick. I didn't think to stop because I was hungry.*All I can say is that another restaurant did it to me again, mess with my food. Yes I'm weak. I have to be stronger to resist at first bite.
I will never come here again for a very long time, because these workers do not follow food safety and the cooks do not respect the customers.
They also expect for you to pay even though there food is served bad.
I don't know why the cook treated me bad this way, by tampering with my food, & and I hope no one else gets to be treated this way.
And because of my experience here today, I rate this place 1 Star. Because of the disrespectful cook.
Please don't come here, because these male cooks can be cleverly disrespectful here when corrected. Be safe.
*and so I wonder, why this restaurant was shut down/ closed down before....

Read moreI pass this place often and I always wanted to try it, so I finally did. It was okay. I can’t say I want to come back but who knows. Here’s my pros and cons:
Pros: The customer service was great. Two different women check up on me as I waited for my food. There were many reminders on the wall and floor to stay 6ft apart and wear our mask and all the staff followed these guidelines (really appreciate this!). This made me feel more confident in purchasing food from here. The red salsa was tasty but not too spicy, although red salsa rarely is. I asked for aguacate on my tacos and they gave me nice portions of it.
Cons: The asada was more like cecina: hard, crispy, and rubbery. The tacos didn’t seem to have much flavor. I ended up pouring most of the salsa on my tacos to give it some flavor. I asked for cebolla y cilantro but got only cilantro. The price seemed a little high. $2.75 per taco. I don’t know if this is the standard price, but I imagine that they have to charge a bit extra due...
