0/10, do not recommend! I took my sons iPhone 13 here to have the screen repaired, which was broken. It was fixed and I was told after the repair, that there was some water damage present in the phone, but it’s working fine. She also mentioned that she had to file down the corner of the phone for the screen to lay flat. I took the phone home, but when used it began double typing letters when pressed. That was ignored, but then the next day, it started glitching and pressing things on the screen on its own. I called and was told to bring the phone in and it would be covered by the warranty(2/3 times I was told this)..I brought it in and it had to be kept overnight because they were booked for the day, fine. I called the next day almost 26 hours after taking my phone there and was told to call back in an hour. I call back and was told that the phone has water damage on the phone and in the screen, which voids the warranty and will be an extra $140 to replace another screen, after just paying $179 3/4 days prior! (They say come to the store and we’ll show you, we put a new screen on and it’s working fine, but we’ll show you the damaged one) I come into the store and they show me water spot under the screen that was never there before! If I had seen it prior to bringing it in, then I’d have no issue at all, problem is-THE SPOT WAS NOT THERE! They proceed to say that it could have been done by holding the phone with wet hands, etc. This phone has been in a room on the desk since being fixed, there’s no possible way! I suddenly had an issue with my laptop charging and after testing the charging cord on a couple of other devices, decided it was the laptop. I took it to iTech and the manager said he'd check the charging ports and it would be $180. I said OK, and left the computer. Less than 2 hours later, I get a text saying the laptop repair is complete. I pick up my computer, pay and head home. With the "fixed" computer plugged in...there's no charging. Same issue.
I take the computer back up to the shop and the assistant plugs the laptop into one of their chargers and it works. So I ask, what's wrong with this charger I have? She brings the manager back in and he proceeds to tell me that my charger is failing, not supplying the correct amount of power to charge the computer. (its a Lenovo computer and a Lenovo 65w charger as required)
This I ask, "Why did you charge me $180 to fix the port if the issue is my "failing" charger?" He says, "Oh, there was a pin busted in the port too". Mind you, I've had no issues with this laptop or this charging cord until today, and suddenly, the port is broken AND my charging cord is failing...at the same exact time.

When I walked back and they tell me that the fingerprint recognition button was damaged while repairing , so he sent off to try and repair. Could not be repaired. They did order me a new used phone and doubled my Storage. When the owner manager was transferring the information over from my phone to the new phone did not check to see if messages or contacts were checked which people at Walmart can do because I’ve had it done. So all my contacts all my messages from love ones that are gone passed away or lost forever. Went in this morning to tell him what it happened he told me that I apparently don’t know how to use my phone well I am not the one who switched over the information . If you use these people make sure everything you want on your new phone is backed up BECAUSE HE WILL NOT then he’ll blame it on you. Any information that is important to you that you’ve had for years on your phone is lost forever. If I could give them no stars that’s what I give them.
