The staff needs to be trained much, much more. I felt like I was an inconvenience and a bother to them. My food was all wrong and looked like it was thrown together by a toddler. Nothing in my bag was made right and was a mess. I went in to explain the problem and showed them the disgusting poor example of food. And they actually acted like I was the problem, like how dare I intrude on their conversation and vaping. It's not like they were busy, not one customer in the store, and the whole time I was there, not one person came in, and only 2 vehicles came through the drive thru. Over 30 minutes later, I was handed another sack of food. I checked it, and still more than half of it was still wrong. I asked to speak with who was in charge and was told no and that it would be best for me to just leave. I asked for hot and mild sauce, and they laughed and told me to just get out. So, for about $40.00, I got food that was thrown together like trash, not the food I wanted or ordered. I was made to feel like an inconvenience and disrespected. When we got home and sat to try to have supper as a family, the kids would not eat due to the tomatoes. I have never been so angry with a so-called restaurant, and the sad thing is my family really likes Taco Bell. Seriously, we eat it minimum 3x a week. (I should say did, I can't go back) they lost about $150 to $225 a week from me and my family. Honestly, just don't torture yourself. Just go get something else and save yourself a butt...
Read moreFirst off, I would like to take this time and say how nice of a restaurant this is! I got the chance to experience it while having lunch with my husband.
The restaurant was extremely clean, very well-lit and welcoming. I got to see very engaging employees they were friendly and willing to help, not only myself and my husband but all the customers that came in. They greeted the employees and engaged in conversations with the employees.
This is what I really wanted to express, I KNOW the younger generation tends to get a bad rap. Especially not knowing how to treat the older generation. However, I am here to tell you I saw something today that absolutely melted my heart and brought tears to my eyes. There was a younger generation employee that was waiting on an older customer. He happened to be a military veteran. I witnessed the MOST kind acts of helping him, to count out his change to ensure he was paying his bill correctly and to thank him for service. They REALLY went the extra mile to make sure he got his food and that he was happy with his food. This was 3 to 4 employees that did this. I just want to say that actions speak louder than words! People ARE taking notice that there ARE very engaging groups of young people. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity. I REALLY appreciate it.
Also, the food was very good and very well proportioned for what we paid. It was VERY tastful and VERY colorful. You could definitely tell...
Read moreFood could have been made a little better but what upset me the most about this visit was the service. I placed an order on my mobile app and when I came in my order was done but not sitting at the mobile order counter it was still where they put the food together. So I stood there waiting made eye contact with several employees none acknowledged my presence. Then what I hope was just a lead and not an ast. Mgr or GM walked up making eye contact with me as she came up to the register. Then decided to not say a word to me standing on the other side of the counter and mess with the register. After 3 min she asked if I was there to pick up an order and I responded with yes she asked my name I gave it to her and she did ask if I wanted a bigger bag so that was decent enough. But other that no hi, no thank you have a great day. Right after handing me my order an employee came back from break and right away she goes at him and said "I thought I told you to clean up that food" (with an attitude) and he goes " I did" and she responds with an even bigger attitude and says " why you lying". I walked away at that point as I couldn't listen to a Mgr talking to their employee that way especially a foot away...
