Iāve always had such a great experience here with the staff and the products. Iāve been a long time customer and have given this business well over $1,000. Unfortunately, today I just called them to ask a question about one of their products. The owner answered the phone.. I was asking about pricing and quantity of one of the products and in the middle of our conversation, not much of a conversation I guess, the owner quite rudely cut me off and said āI have customers in here and Iām going to help them right now but you can come in and see if you wantā. The tone he used was very agitated and irritable, like I was bothering him because he had to do his job. He could have said hold on I have to help these customers who were here first, and put the phone down for a couple of minutes which I would have totally understood... but to hang up on a long time customer who has given this business a lot of money and time... Not even just a long time customer, a customer in general who has a question about the products !!! I will not me contributing my business to this establishment anymore. Very unprofessional...

This shop has a rewards program that is just a scam to make you spend more money. They push you to sign up for the Clover app and promote a deal where you supposedly get $100 off if you spend $1,250. However, they constantly change the rules and limits on the rewards, so youāre never sure what the requirements actually are. When I tried to ask questions about the points program, the owner got defensive and even aggressive. It felt like every day, there was a new rule or restriction.
At one point, I mentioned that I was considering writing a review, and the owner quickly switched to being apologetic, even coming out to āmake it right.ā I thought they were genuine, but when I got home after making a purchase, I discovered that all my points had been erased! It feels like they are just using fake promotions to get people to spend money, with no real intention of honoring the rewards.
If youāre thinking of trying this place, be cautious. Donāt fall for the points programāitās just a way to get you to spend without getting...

While I was there I made several attempts to engage with the staff, but I was meet with rude, short, and snark answers coming from the very disgruntled looking faces of it's employees. Then the employees came out from behind the counter one at a time during my visit and started rotating the same row of sodas in the same cooler. Obviously an attempt to minimize shrinkage, however, no one I mean no one ever wants to be treated as if they're a thief, especially when they are not one. A far far better business model to minimize shrinkage would be to teach your employees to actively and positively engage your customers in conversation while they're in the store that will negate the need to treat them like criminals and keep your shrinkage at a zero. Horrible horrible horrible staff run by an obviously even more horrible business manager to the fact that they all use the same technique obviously taught to them...
