Absolutely horrible service. Ordered a matcha latte with matcha foam on the side (just to be clear I pay for the matcha foam it is not part of the drink which is fine) but they told me that they couldn’t put on the side for me no more. When I tried to explain it’s no difference then ordering a coffee with cream and sugar on the side what’s the difference. I am paying for the matcha foam and if I don’t want it on top until I get home that is my business. I get it if it was a part of the drink but it’s not. They stated that corporate doesn’t allow it. I called corporate and said they have never stated that and it was not a standard. The young girl refuse for me to speak with a manager and stated she was a supervisor and the general manager does not deal with this that she does. I asked when the general manager would be in she stated that she didn’t know and he doesn’t have a schedule and if there wasn’t nothing else have a good day and absolutely disregarded me like I was irrelevant. If I’m willing to pay the extra money for Matcha foam and it’s never been an issue before (have order it this way a hundred times) it is ridiculous that now it’s an issue and they lied about corporate not allowing them to have it on the side. Will never go back to this location so that some disrespectful young girl speak to me so rudely. She should not be a managerial position and clearly needs some customer...
Read moreWell, just like most stand alone locations the consistency at this location is absolutely terrible. The manager here is awesome and helped me figure out the decaf version of my favorite drink as I can't drink caffeine anymore. However I can order the same drink from the same location (on the same day sometime) and it will never taste the same. Same Decaf Iced Americano, same sweet cream, same liquid sugar and completely different every time. This is why Starbucks is loosing sales, and what the CEO really needs to focus on. Target and Mall locations have far better consistency compared to these stand alone drive thru's and it's a national problem. I go in today and leave with what amounts to a cup of ice with a shot of coffee and Zero sugar. Consistency is just as important as flavor and customer service and they definitely drop the ball pretty frequently...

For a week I had to hand them my unlocked s21 Ultra phone and then they walk away out of sight with my phone to scan it at a seperate register. So many things are wrong with this, we not only live in a age of cyber hacking, we also live in the age of Covid. My phone touches my face and I have my hands all over it. The manager tried to get me to park my vehicle to come inside to pay. I objected, she also said all the equipment has been replaced and suggested it will likley never be fixed and i will have to go inside to pay from now on. The way i see it, they replaced a walk in only starbucks with this drive thru location. Perhaps they just want to keep it walk in only so they are sabotaging there drive thru register system?
