iFixandRepair- West Mifflin Walmart — Attraction in West Mifflin

Took a phone for a screen and battery replacement. After the screen and battery replacement the camera wasn't functioning properly (not focusing) so we returned, he had to replace the back glass a second time after attempting to fix the camera. After the second time he was in the phone the signal became so poor/non-existent that when we returned for the third time and had him try to reseat the antenna cable which didn't fix anything. He response to the situation was "sometimes something is already broken but working fine and when I open the phone it causes it to break".While we understand this could have been a possibility would have preferred he just told us "I can't do it sorry" Instead now we are down $350 dollar and a phone that is basically useless and going to have to spend another $300+ shipping in a replacement phone. Gave him two stars because the original repairs seem fine but the cascading problems and lack of accountability are...

DONT GO HERE! I got a new screen on my iPhone 15 here. I got the more expensive one for $246 with tax Instead of the cheaper one they offered for $180.. Better than the $370 Apple wanted to replace it, right? WRONG! Tha colors were off, it was slow to respond, and the next morning it stopped responding completely. Before I could take it back to under their 30 day warranty, I dropped the phone ONE time and the new screen cracked. This glass is clearly inferior to the gorilla glass Apple uses. I called to see if they could help me and he said there was nothing he could do, even though it was still under warranty.

So now I am going to Apple to spend the $370 that I should’ve spent in the first place. Inferior product, and they don’t back their “30 day warranty.” Save yourself some aggravation and money and don’t bother! Just...
