Red Lobster — Restaurant in West Mifflin

The breaded fish was flaky and delicious.... That is if you like to like salt rock... They can't cook a steak to save their lives. The shrimp was hard but out of everything, tasted the best! And that's saying something! This was our 2nd time at this location. Horrible food and horrible service both times. Last time was a year ago (February 2018)... I always give a place a 2nd chance.... NEVER again will I EVER waste our time and money at this establishment! I'm currently paying for the "food" I was served there! Absolutely sick to my stomach... all I was able to get down were 6 shrimp, a few bites of the fish, and a baked potato! SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION! They're not a clean establishment either. I've never seen a restaurant take someones food back and "heat it up" it's always been toss out the old and bring out fresh... Not here. They took my husbands steak back and heated it up then brought him the same piece back! Disgusting bathrooms as well..... It's like they didnt read my message at all! They addressed overcooked shrimp (which was honestly the most edible thing brought to our table!) and they completely disregarded the fact that the rest of our meal, and, experience in general,...

We went to the red lobster in west mifflin on 10/13/18 around 6pm. We called ahead but still had to wait 10 mins which wasn't a big deal. We got seated an the waitress was just plan rude. We just sat down an she wanted our drinks. Well it was my birthday so me an my hubby decided we would get a mixed drink to celebrate. After finishing that drink my husband wanted to order a sprite the waitress kept coming around but wouldn't stop at our table even though we tried to get her attention an she even made eye contact will me multiple times. Finally after 20 mins or so she came over a very rudely said what do you want now. When they brought our appetizer out it was on a dirty plate not thoroughly cleaned an one of the plates was also dirty. I told the waitress about it an she said the plates were cleaned an sanitized so it's no big deal. We finally got our food an I couldn't even eat it. If you can use dirty plates to serve your customers an have rude waitresses to do so I can only imagine was the kitchen looks like. No thank you. I will much rather go elsewhere an get treated how I am suppose to an served with clean dishes. My daughter being my daughter happily told the waiter it was my birthday she loves to try an make her mom feel special. She said oh that's nice an walked away. My 10 yr old daughter stated she was rude. It's not about getting something for free because it's my birthday I don't care for all that. It was the fact she made my daughter upset. I'm not one to complain bit you need to get your staff in for more training on how to be. I am an assistant manager at a restaurant an I know some days we have really bad days or are going threw something personal outside of work but it's still no excuse. One of the best Red Lobsters around! But I ordered a $30 Lobster roll to go and the waiter brought it out at the end and put it on the table next to us for some odd reason. So when I got up to leave , I totally forgot about it until I got home. I called back and told the girl that answered about what happened to see if I could get a credit or a gift card or something because I live 40 miles away, she said she will put her manager on the phone. Well after 4 minutes the phone hung up on me. I called back and she answered again and again said the same thing and then phone hung up on me again after a few minutes! I’m very disappointed that someone hold t even talk to me about it. Yes it was my fault for forgetting it it, but why did that waiter put it on the table next to us? There was plants of room next to me! Other than that, their food is always hot and delicious and the waiters and greeters are always very friendly. This is the only Red Lobster I will go to in SW...
