I wanna start this off by saying that I am an avid coach lover I own over 30 Coach bags and I’ve been a long time Coach shopper. I’ve gone to this specific location two times and both times I’ve had a terrible experience. The first time I went with my husband and son for my birthday. we were followed around and no one offered to assist us (we are a black family). I had several bags that I was looking at, and I wanted to get, however, based on the interactions in the store, my husband felt so uncomfortable that he thought it would be best that I just ordered online like I usually do so we left without purchasing anything. today for Sunday, I decided to go and have some me time so I went back to this location alone. There were several bags that I was looking at and when I went to ask questions regarding the pricing or the styles available it seemed as though I was a burden to the employee that I spoke with. There was a few items that were listed at a different price than what the cashier ended up telling me and I decided not to get them and the whole thing felt very uncomfortable. Mind I went in with a $400 coach bag on my arm and I felt as though I was being discriminated against or judge based on my appearance this is really sad to see in this day and age, especially considering that I’ve spent over $3000 at Coach this year alone. Given that this is the outlet store on top of that not even the actual coach store it’s really sad to see the level of judgment. This is meant to be a store that is catered to demographic that’s looking for more affordable items so I don’t think there should be a problem with me wanting to verify the price or the cost of things. Now I own multiple Coach bags from the retail line all bought at full price. I’ve never had a problem shopping at a Coach store in Broward or I’ve never had any issues ordering bags online however, this specific location, the people that work there need some additional training. It’s disheartening that I can’t even go and grab a couple of bags without feeling Judged and unwanted in the store. I really hope that coach as a company can do better or I’m gonna have to take my money somewhere else. Sincerely a long time coach enthusiast. Just a few of my bags to show that I’m not exaggerating when I say I have spent a lot of money with coach.

Nice experience. Lots of helpful staff. I had an exchange and got a small purse, matching card holder, earrings, and charm bracelet. I will definitely be back to this location. The choices looked pretty good. The only qualm I have is that the charm bracelet does not have a clasp, and the closure does not fit comfortably in the enclosure, so I had to wrap it twice so it doesn't fall off I did return the bracelet after all. I did not want to risk losing it.

The employees at this location are racist. I walked in with my bf and sister and none of the white employees acknowledged us. A group of white people walk in and they welcomed them in. No one wanted to help us. They all ignored us. We had to wait for them to be done with their conversation in order for them to check us out. People of color please be aware of how you will be treated at this establishment.

I had a self-care day and wanted to buy myself something . I came into the store and immediately saw bags that I liked and I walked around the store I was not greeted, approached or asked if I needed help and the store was very empty. Two employees were standing near the front of the store having a conversation and didn’t even acknowledge me. I walked around and looked at multiple bags and then approached someone at the register to ask if they had a specific bag that I was looking for that I had seen online earlier. She told me that it was no longer in the store because it has been sold out but that I could order it online. When walking to the register to purchase the other bag I liked, I had asked if I would be able to order the other bag through the store which I have done before. She said that she already checked online and that the bag was sold out. Mind you not even two minutes prior to asking I was looking at a picture of the bag online clearly not sold out. I proceeded to buy the other bag that I had picked up and asked the other lady who was checking me out at the register if they had more bags in the back. She proceeded to say that we never have any extra bags in the back everything is on the floor. I have been to this outlet store many times before and that is never the case. I’m not saying that this specific bag could have been in the back, but I know they have other ones on the floor that are still in the back wrapped. Honestly, none of them plays seemed helpful or even like they wanted to be working there. They all had some sort of attitude and I still don’t understand what was the need to lie about the item...

My sister and I placed an order online for same day pickup in store. The orders were both placed before noon; early enough that it should have been ready within two hours. Around 4:45pm I call the store to find out what’s going on with the orders, and I was told ā€œoh no one has processed them yet but give it about 15mins.ā€ I understand that sometimes pickup orders can be time consuming. But we’re not talking about a clothing retail store or a grocery store where there is much more detail that goes into the process. We’re talking about handbags. You just simply go out on the floor, select the handbag, package nicely in a bag, and order complete. Clearly, that didn’t happen. My sister and I both arrived two hours after calling to follow up. Yet we still had to wait additional 30-45mins. There were at least 7 people working in the store. Enough people to where someone should have been working on online orders. As we waited I saw that every customer that made a purchase was provided tissue paper and packaging in their Coach retail paper bags. However, once my sister and I finally received our handbags, they were just plainly placed in the bag. No care packaging at all. The cashier who assisted us was nice but the overall customer service experience was...
