Dina C's Fab & Funky Consignment Boutique — Attraction in West Palm Beach

Yesterday I stopped at the above store. It was my first time to this wonderful boutique and I love vintage clothing and new clothing and was overwhelmed by the couture clothing and designer labels for shoes, scarves, handbags and accessories. I was greeted with a smile and I told Dina and her daughter that I was browsing as it was my first time in their store. They made me feel comfortable to browse on my own. I am a great admirer and purchaser of these types of items and I cannot believe that I have never been there before but a friend told me it was a must on my shopping list yesterday. It was amazing and so were the prices. In my opinion the prices were far below other stores of its kind that I go to from Boston to New York but the fact that there is such an assortment was mind blowing!! I must say that the new GUCCI glasses of pearls and stones were to die for. They are Red Carpet glasses as well as the majority of outfits this store sells. If you can't find something here, then you may never find it. I am writing this review because it was an amazing store with amazing owners who are knowledgeable and very helpful. Stay safe so I can visit again...

I’m very disappointed with the way this store handled my recent visit.Just two weeks ago, we bought a bag and a pair of shoes for over $3,000 and we had a great experience. 2 weeks later, we returned to purchase another bag that had been in the store for over two months. The associate mentioned a possible discount and said she would contact the consignor and give us a call back, but reassured us that if no discount was possible, we could still buy the bag and she could ship it to us. We left her our phone number and left under the impression it would be held for us since she promised to call us in the morning and it was already closing time. The next day, I didn’t hear back from no one. Since we didn’t received a call back as discussed, we reached out to the store around 4 pm just to be informed, that someone else had placed the bag on hold.For reference, the bag has been in the store since June and the bag was on hold for someone else without any notice or follow-up. I would expected at least basic communication and respect...

Where do I begin? First and foremost you’re always greeted with such warmth, professionalism and honesty! I first met Dina and her lovely staff about 9 months ago. I walked in with no expectations because of the half dozen Consignment shops I had already been to. I sensed an immediate difference! Almost as though they already knew me. I had found a home for many of my treasures! A consignment shop where your things are appreciated and well displayed. Every item was looked at with care because Dina and her staff know that your clothes, shoes, purses, jewelry, hats, scarves etc. are a beautiful representation of her special store. Does she take everything? No. Because Dina’s been in business for 15 years and she knows what sells! Every month I receive a generous check with an itemized list of all items sold. Dina C’s is now the only consignment shop I go to. Why wouldn’t I? I’m treated like family and she knows what’s sells! When she makes money. I make money!!
