When you walk into a Cafe, Bistro, restaurant, whatever you want to call it, you expect to be at least acknowledged. Another customer ahead of me was asking where to sit. When I looked up at the lady at the counter she literally looked at me like, "what are you doing here?"🤦🏽‍♀️🤣 It was like they didn't want customers. When she looked at me and didn't say anything, I said "hi, it's our first time here...can we sit anywhere or...?" And she looked at me and said, "hold on, give me a second." And walked away🤷‍♀️... maybe their staff isn't trained or they have new staff that don't know what they're doing at all. They had only 2 tables of customers and there were dirty tables everywhere. Empty, dirty acai bowls on the tables. Yeah, no thanks...not trying to waste money for bad service and what could only be expected to be bad food.We just left.

Very nice small restaurant. I had this grilled chicken avocado it was delicious I will make sure I return for the açaí since I heard great things about it. The taste of everything was very fresh and simplistic which I love. The salsa came on the side which is another plus in my opinion. I will definitely go back. So I returned and I got a wrap in which was good. But now my review had to lower few stars. Table was dirty got my bag sticky. I ordered açaí which is from the country where I am from and from my surprise the price is near pura vida price and has like 20% açaí the rest is fruit. Definitely wouldn’t order that again. It needs to improve you can’t sell açaí bowl where there is more fruits than açai. So my second visit was disappointing 😕

I’ve been here multiple times for lunch and am always happy with the food. Great vegetarian and vegan options as well. Some items get a little pricey ($12 for a basic salad), but they seem to be in line with WPB prices. I will say the vegetarian roll was a little sad looking. The biggest complaint (which seems to be felt by many) is the staff. They are absolutely miserable and barely have a pulse. Don’t expect a smile or to be acknowledged. It’s also a slow restaurant. So don’t come in a rush. Just have the right expectations going in and you’ll enjoy your meal.

We have been coming to Sushi Jo for 8+ years and Jo Bistro for as long as they have been open. I do not like writing negative reviews and we love supporting our local businesses, but it is LONG PAST due for this one. This has been going on for too long. Although we have always had great experiences and food at Sushi Jo.... our experience on the other side at Jo Bistro, for the last few years has been quite the opposite. The service is just terrible! The staff who work this side need a serious attitude adjustment and training,... perhaps even a reminder of why they have a job to come to. As with many previous visits, today we came in for lunch (2 people), they we not busy at all, I counted at least 3 girls (not counting the 2 food prep girls), they completely ignored us while standing right in front of them. No "Hello", "Welcome", "Can we help you", "Would you like a table inside or outside"... Just nothing... and certainly not a smile! Not even looking up at us. Seriously. They begin talking to each other as we asked could we get a seat outside (beautiful day out), they still ignored us, then I had to raise my voice to get them to acknowledge us. They finally said, yeh whatever you like. We said ok, we will have a seat outside then. As we walk out they all start giggling, as I look back I see one young lady starring and smirking at us as if they knew what they had done. We sat down and waited....at least 10 minutes goes by and no one comes out. At that point we decided we were not going to spend money at any establishment that conducts their business and service this way, period. I have been in this restaurant many times by myself and have eaten alone and the attitude and service from this staff has been sub-par more so than not. As we get in our car to leave I notice a couple of other customers who were also sitting outside when we walked up. They too got up to open the door and asked for someone to come out. You would think with 3 girls standing around talking, they would have a little time to focus on the main reason they are there...The Customers!! We have tolerated this poor service and attitude from the staff at Jo Bistro for long enough. If we experience this again, we will have no choice but to stop supporting their business. We really would love to continue because we enjoy the food and atmosphere, but we cannot tolerate the terrible service, poor attitudes, and unhappy stares we get when we try to come and enjoy a meal here. To be totally fair, we did call them back later in the day and explain this, and we received nothing but apologies and an offer to make it right. We declined anything Free from them as that is not our motive at all. We simply want an enjoyable, friendly, consistent and quality experience for supporting the business. Hope this honest review helps...

Don’t expect to be treated with respect. All staff other the the kind gentleman making acai bowls, are entitled. You will be treated as a burden. :(

I was a loyal customer to Jos for months. I am in love with their acai bowls. However, I have had multiple instances where servers treat me and other guests as burdens. I ordered ahead with a friend at 8:30 and arrived to eat at 8:40. Closing is at 9:30, yet the first server told us and I quote “you better hurry up” until the second came out and said “we are closing early no dining”. When asked if this was a new rule or why closing was early we were told “we are just closing early tonight” with bitterness. When we got up to leave, they grabbed all outside chairs and locked the door at 9pm.

When sharing this experience with others they stated they also were “rushed” “ignored when walking in” and many times the staff sighed while rolling their eyes.

From Cheese cake factor to Chick fil a, these actions would have never occurred.

I literally ordered from here every wednesday along with 3 other loyal customers who all will not be returning. We have told others about our experience and it is a consistent pattern. The cost is not worth it.

I have never written a bad review before, ever. I simply do not think people deserve to be treated less than others.

The only stars I selected are for the food because I will miss...

Normally the service here is adequate. No more no less and I like that. However, I have been sitting here for 30 minutes with absolute 0 interaction from the individuals working here. I watched as another patron approached the counter and ask for an approxiamte time for their meal. The individual that he spoke to smiled and stated that it would be out when it comes out and couldnt wait for the patron to turn his back before allowing her forced smile to disappear from her face and she stared at his retreating back with contempt as he returned to his table as if he was over stepping his place with his inquisition. Again I waited. 2 men just walked in and sat down at the table next to me. They were immidiately approached and assisted. I thought that they might be regulars but, by their conversation and questions about the menu and wifi, they were obviously here for the first time. I have yet to be assisted and their order has just been placed. It is safe to day that I will not be back here especially if the quality of service continues to decline. I only ask for the minimum when it comes to service and will always tip at least 22-25% so when even that is too much to ask it is highly...
