It's a quaint little hometown type cafe between Southern Blvd and Forest Hill Blvd, closer to Forest Hill, sitting on the East side of S Dixie Hwy. There is a neighborly feel to the place, very casual and warm with local (we saw mostly elder folks) patrons enjoying a quick bite. Loved the placemats, it was the old school ads as the border with a seasonal word find (my favorite! 😆). My son and I had breakfast here for the first time. The waiter was shy but friendly, food was good (better than a franchise chain place IMO) - my son commented on the pancakes being some of the best he's had. I personally like the simplicity of everything with this establishment. Total cost for two for breakfast before tax and tip was about $28 (2 OJs and each of us a breakfast meal). Similar average cost in comparison to surrounding breakfast/lunch establishments. This place would be a good addition to your local cafe rotation if you live in the area. There's a quiet atmosphere and service was quick. If you're visiting the area and don't want to wait, Thursday morning around 11am seemed like a good time to get in and out.

A diner full of locals! Great local place with a super friendly staff. The food was fresh and the quality is just what you expect from a local diner. The staff was super friendly and on top of it. Food came out pretty fast and fresh. The menu prices are great for a family on a budget as well. Parking is kind of tight, but there is plenty of parking on the street. Neighborhood around is safe. The country fried steak was a great portion and the sides vary. If you’re in the area, it’s worth checking if you want breakfast and/or lunch! Enjoy!

If you grew-up in a small southern town during the 60s, the SouthEnd Kitchen may be a lot like the neighborhood diner you remember. The food is good and reasonably priced. The service is quick but personal. Many folks in the neighborhood eat at the SouthEnd Kitchen several times a week and the staff goes out of their way to learn their names and what they like. There are specials everyday. My favorite is the Chicken Parmesan, YUM!

First, I work for a hotel so am very careful in writing reviews... Karma.. but for the experience I had at this place I had to. I am from Texas and was visiting family in FL. They recommended this restaurant and so we went but the experience I had scar me. Service to us Texans is an important aspect of a customer experience. But for this restaurant our server was the most cruel person I have ever had. Who is the owner here? Please train her! She was rude, was not welcoming, complain that my sister requested her food not burnt! Who does that? I had never felt so disrespected, clearly we left and didn't finish our food but did pay full cost for it. What a way to start our day! A server should not complain if a customer has a preference of not having burnt food! I recommend to go elsewhere, there are many other restaurants at Palm Beach that I am sure you'll...

This is a little gem in West Palm Beach! Only open for lunch and dinner, 7 am to 2 pm , but both breakfast and lunch are cooked great. I was very impressed with lunch cooked just right, so I came back for breakfast. Really good. Not crowded, great service. I noticed that they do a large take out business. Always a solid indicator of good food. I usually ride a motorcycle there from far away and I'm hot when I walk in. It's always nice and cool on a hot summer day. Atmosphere is quiet and the help is sweet and efficient. There are several good, larger restaurants nearby and this is one has to be good to compete for the local foodies. Regular American food at a reasonable price....
