Horrible place to shop for souvenirs. The lady was literally breathing over my shoulders the entire time, following me the entire time throughout the store. I felt like she thought I was going to steal or something. I felt uncomfortable I should have walked out with empty hands. Zero customer service skills. I had my kids and I understand they are curious but I am a mom who watches them and makes sure they don’t touch things. She was upset and we immediately consoled her and said we would pay for it as well as get her a new one. The staff simply asked if we were ready to check out. My 5 year old apologized for breaking one and thanked them for letting her get another (remember we paid for both!) And they refused to acknowledge her or speak to us at all.
