Overall I had a bad experience here. I called in to schedule an appointment for full face on Saturday at 11 am. I was told that they have to manually look at the schedule and would call back. Several hours passed and I called back again. I was able to book the appointment then. When I arrived on Saturday for my appointment, I was told that I was not on the schedule. Kash was in the middle of doing someone else’s makeup, but fortunately she squeezed me in afterwards, which I was thankful for.
I had my camelback water container with me at the makeup station and I ended up leaving it at the store after I left. I called as soon as I realized it and I was immediately told that there were no water bottles. The woman I spoke with didn’t even seem to check. I asked her to check and she told me that I “probably left it somewhere else”. I had only been to the Sephora. I know I left it there so it is my suspicion that it was stolen by an employee. Either way, there didn’t seem to be a genuine effort to help locate the item.
Overall, I think the location seems disorganized and is definitely lacking on...
Read moreUnfortunately, I do not think the staff is equipped enough to properly match brown skin people in regards to foundation. I went to the store two different times, saw two different staff members, and still couldn't get matched properly. Sadly, each time I bought the foundation and tried returning it, it was outside of the 60 days policy. I missed the mark cause I only wear makeup on special occasion. Manager on duty stated that I should have placed an appointment with a licensed cosmetologist to be matched properly. I wished the staff were just honest about not being equipped enough to properly match me and refer me to the licensed cosmetologist instead. So, if you have brown skin, do not get match by the staff members on the floor instead try to go to the licensed cosmetologist so you won't waste $100+ on foundation that you will never used (especially if you rarely wear makeup). Hopefully, the licensed cosmetologist knows what he/she is...

She never made me feel rushed or like I was asking for too much. She listened carefully, helped me describe what I was looking for, and guided me until we finally found the exact product, even though it didn’t look the way I described lol.
To me, patience means waiting with a good attitude, and that’s exactly what she embodied. Her customer service was outstanding, and I left feeling so relieved and grateful. Thank you, Alyssa, for making my experience such a...
