This shopping center bares no resemblance to its original form, The Palm Coast Plaza, which truly had much more to offer than this current incarnation. I get sad when I think back to what it was and compare what it is today. There were even carnivals with many rides held several times a year. It was wonderful. There was a Publix, a movie theater, The Cinema 70, which boasted the largest screen and seating copacity in Palm Beach County (I remember seeing Star Wars and the original Planet Of The Apes there.), also several good restaurants, many department stores, specialty and craft stores, an air conditioned mall area with several monkeys in a HUGE circular cage. It was the place to shop, eat, or just hang out.

Today we have a hand full of decent stores, a gym, a school and a storage facility. The only places I frequent are Winn Dixie, dollar Tree and Bell's. I used to shop at Tuesday Morning, but it closed a few years ago. All restaurants are fast food like Wendy's, Pollo Tropical and a Chinese Buffet (I see an open sign flashing but can't imagine a buffet during covid!) the Pizza Hut has been closed and sitting empty forever. It's been sad watching it deteriorate to what...

This large shopping center was really, really run down for years. Local retail shops were leaving and the store fronts remained empty. The parking lot was decrepit with little or no maintenance. The "larger" retailers: Winn-Dixie, Dollar Tree, Bealls and Beauty School were hanging on by their "finger-nails". Even the Wendy's in the Center, normally the better fast food outlet, was sloppy and dirty. Well things are getting somewhat better! The parking area has been repaired and repaved. There seems to be "new activity" in a few of the retail stores....

Something's fishy with the reviews here. How does a strip mall have 700 reviews?. Do you want the truth? This is a dead mall. There are only a few stores left, there's garbage everywhere, and the whole place smells like pee! Check for yourself. If you own a business, don't be fooled into renting here they are going to knock the place down...
