I gave this place 2 tries and both times I was unimpressed. 1st time, got 2 items: strawberry lemonade tea w/strawberry boba and taro milk tea with tapioca. The strawberrry lemonade tea was pretty good but the taro milk tea had like NO taro flavor (also looked white like milk, no purple-ish color at all) and the tapioca was very inconsistently cooked with a lot of it being undercooked and very unpleasant hard/chewy texture.

The next night, I tried a Magonada and a Winnie Special Tea with mango boba. The Magonado literally had no mango flavor as though the mangos weren’t ripe enough or was overly watered down with too much ice when it was blended into the slushy mango part of the drink. Literally couldn’t taste the mango. The Winnie Special Tea was completely weak and watered down tasting even though I got it with less ice and started to drink it right away. They also forgot to make it with mango boba that I specifically ordered it to include.

I won’t try them again. There are other bubble tea places in my area and will be patronizing them...

I am very disappointed of this place, we were excited to try it out since is new and there is not that many places in the area that sell booba. We ordered the brown sugar milk tea which is one of our favorites but sadly it wasn’t good at all in this place. The first sip it was kinda hot and then the taste was just very bad, for some reason it tasted bitter like burnt brown sugar. I went back in and ask them if we could get something else since we did not liked it, and they offer me to buy another two drinks with a 50% off, which did not make sense for me so I left and just wasted almost $20 just to have a bad taste in my mouth. I mean for a new place is seems like they only care about doing profit instead of caring more about keeping their customer satisfied. Honestly the one’s that i make at home taste better. Also my boyfriend noticed that the husband of the owner was...

The family came here a few weeks ago to try the bubble tea and mochi waffles. We are very happy with the quality and taste of the products, but the service was not great that day and the shop was messy. It took over 45 minutes to receive our mochi waffle (we were told it would be 8 minutes). My husband approached the counter to ask about it and he was told it was being made at that time. It took an additional 10 minutes before it was done. We were 4th in line to order upon the store opening, so there was really no excuse as to why it took that long other than it being forgotten about. Additionally, the floor had wet spots where water was puddled and the bathroom was a mess. Overall, it was ok. Maybe it was just a bad day there, but definitely did not leave a...

The customer service is sucky. We watched the staff talk for a good 5 to 10 minutes instead of making drinks and getting the snacks out the freezer. I'd understand if it was crowded and there was a wait time but we were the only ones there. I ordered an overpriced prepackaged frozen crepe cake for about $6/7. It's very Mid. I asked for a fork to eat it with and they said they ran out. . . We also got a Frozen prepackaged coffee roll. Theres ice on it, the ice that melted and made the cake all soggy. I can look past that fine. But the taste. It tastes like cardboard and it smells weird. I personally won't be coming back.

First time Trying their bubble tea, I got a Mashed Taro milk tea with Cheese Foam Taste was good boba was soft and chewy whixh is a plus the only thing I did not like was cost 9 dollars. 9 dollars for One drink seems a bit steep . Especially bcos i did not get any added boba topping Except what came with it so charging so much extra for the cheese foam is a little ridiculous. The girl at the register was new so im not sure if that had anything to do with it considering she had to ask for help quite a few times, The drink was good but the price will definitely effect how often I go. :(

Really cute place, but there was only 1 person working. A family of 4 was in front of us, and the person working let us wait there without saying anything. We didn't even get to order because he spent so much time making 3 teas that we finally left. It's ashamed because he didn't even acknowledge. Horrible customer service! Drinks on social media looked amazing, but visiting in person was a letdown. Won't be back.
