Saylor House — Local services in West Reading

DO NOT USE SAYLOR HOUSE FOR INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES. The design service process is not clear and the customer service is extremely poor. The owner did not provide a complete design and did not disclose information regarding the contractor. She did not share the product links or show us the products in person prior to asking for a 50% deposit on non-returnable pieces.... as you can see I’m now the second person commenting on the owners lack of professionalism.

To avoid an unpleasant experience and overall headache, avoid this business...

I LOVE the Saylor House and the experience I’ve had with this group. The owner is an amazing designer - has a true eye for design - and has been extremely helpful in a whole home re-design. The team involved me in the just the right steps and handled everything else seamlessly on my behalf.
