Victory International Supermarket — Attraction in West Springfield

Unfortunately, it was a bad experience for me. They let you taste a product. I liked it, and it was on sale. The sales person reaches out inside the fridge to get another packed piece. I asked if it is the same, if it has the same skin I was looking for. I heard the firm yes. It was my mistake not to check the price in the store - it was twice the price! That is the only reason I gave one star, I did not now you couldn't trust them. What I was given appeared to be much worse, no skin. Very upsetting. The next day, I still can not get over it. I spent $95 in this store. Sorry the owners, not a single dollar will be spent there by myself, and I will make sure to share this experience with all my friends. Shame on you for ripping off...

Absolutely Disgusting and Possibly Toxic!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable. I bought pastries from this store, expecting a higher-quality product than elsewhere. Instead, I got pure poison disguised as dessert.

The moment I took a bite, I noticed a strange aftertaste—like cologne. Confused, I broke the pastry apart and was absolutely shocked. The texture, smell, and even appearance resembled shaving foam mixed with sugar. The mass had a pearlescent texture, just like shaving creams! Within seconds of swallowing that first bite, I felt nauseous, my face started going numb, and within a minute, I had a splitting headache. I had to take activated charcoal immediately to prevent potential poisoning.

Are you serious?! Do you care so little about your customers and your reputation that you’re willing to make a quick buck by selling pastries made with synthetic ingredients that resemble shaving foam or something just as artificial?!

Honestly, I think these pastries need laboratory testing for toxicity. This isn’t just bad quality—this is a serious health hazard.

По текстуре, запаху и даже внешнему виду оно напоминало пену для бритья, перемешанную с сахаром. Масса имела перламутровую текстуру, как у кремов для бритья! Уже через несколько секунд после проглатывания первого кусочка меня затошнило, начало неметь лицо, а через минуту появилась сильная головная боль. Мне пришлось срочно принять активированный уголь, чтобы не получить отравление.

Вы серьёзно, ребята?! Вам настолько наплевать на ваших покупателей и вашу репутацию, что вы готовы зарабатывать деньги, продавая пирожные, сделанные из синтетических ингредиентов, похожих на пену для бритья или что-то в этом роде?!
