Star Pizza — Restaurant in West Springfield

Ordered a party size margarita pizza with sausage. They sent me it with chicken and when I called to tell them they told me that’s what I ordered. Then said they wanted the wrong pizza back and they would bring me another one. Few minutes later a guy claiming to be the owner called me back, told me he knows what was delivered because he was in the car and he wasn’t going to fix the pizza , to keep the old one and he would bring me a medium pepperoni… so.. what is the person that wanted what they ordered supposed to eat??… we ordered a party size half margarita and half pepperoni pizza with two orders of boneless wings and cheese fries with bacon as well. Fries are burnt. And wrong pizza. I usually order between 60 and 80 dollars worth of food from them all the time. A few weeks ago I did a pick up order and they said 30 minutes and I sat there for over an hour to get my food saying they were busy and delivery orders had to be done first. I let that go without complaining or putting a bad review up. Theirs been multiple times I could’ve written a bad review but usually just let stuff slide. I always try to be understanding. This is the last time I’ll be spoken to rudely and have attitude when I’m spending my money somewhere. I’ll start taking my business somewhere else. I’m sure another local pizza place will appreciate my money. To bad. They do have decent boneless...

Iam very very disappointed in the food I got today... I got my favorite dinner which is the chicken parm and I got fries on the side.. this time my fires were totally over cooked!!!!! I called and complained and they didn’t care, all they offered me was a $1.00 off.. that’s not right!!! They should be replacing them at NO CHARGE TO ME!!! but nope!!! They wouldn’t do it, it’s bad enough they are over $4 bucks.. it’s not worth the money when ya get over cooked fries!!! They just lost a good customer!!! I love there food!!! Food is Great!!!! But when it comes to taking care of there customers it sucks!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN I AM DONE!!!!! Customer Service should be there # 1 PRIORITY and it’s NOT!!!!! They need to learn how to take care of there customers to keep them...

Terrible, unprofessional service. Ordered a tuna club. I could tell on the phone the lady wasn't putting my order in right. I explained that I thought she wasnt understanding what I wanted. Long story short.. Received the wrong order, which I knew. Called to explain what happened and she didn't understand. Talked to the "manager" and he said I ordered it wrong. No I ordered it correctly, and she misunderstood. He said he would remake it. An hour later, still no food. Went to the place myself. The "manager" pretty much said I was lying and he argued with me for 20 minutes before giving me my money back. I would never come here again....
