Truly the best vanilla soft serve ice cream! The vanilla taste is so rich & creamy and the texture is like marshmallows. I visit about twice a week and travel from a few towns over just to get it. As an avid soft serve enthusiast, I’ve traveled around western Massachusetts trying different soft serves and I have concluded that West Side Creamy Cones has the most premium selection. I also like how they offer strawberry and Nutella soft serve. The owners are also very welcoming and friendly. I love visiting this shop!

This is hands down the best ice cream shop I’ve ever visited. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a warm atmosphere, friendly staff, and the irresistible scent of freshly made waffle cones. My visit to try the Strawberry Dubai Cup was a treat from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. They were polite, well-informed, and eager to explain what goes into each item on the menu, which really added to the experience.

My girlfriend and I were looking for ice cream on a Sunday night! (WNE Campus) we came across this awesome place and hoped they wouldn’t be upset that we got there 10 minutes before closing time!

As soon as we entered we were greeted right away and the ladies at the front helped us make our choice and inform us about the fun flavors and cones! I got the soft serve which was amazing and my girlfriend got the hard ice cream!

Although the ice cream was amazing, what really made our visit was how friendly and nice the staff was at 9:50 on a Sunday night. They talked to us and made us feel like we’ve been there plenty of times before. The vibe is very relaxed and the place is very nice.

I’m so glad we found them on google and decided to give them a try. 10/10 would recommend if your looking for a locally owned ice cream shop with great flavors and great...

This ice cream is BY FAR the BEST ice cream I have had in my entire life and I dont mean that lightly! I’ve been there 3 times already with my family and we cannot stop talking about it! The second I stepped foot in the door, the owners are there to greet you with nice smiles! They answered every single question we had about the menu! Went here with my husband and kids. 3 things we asked for on the menu they did not have but were still posted. They charged me for an entire can of cherries and gave me a dollar back and to top it off when I ordered a slush, they didn't even have the machine turned on (one lady yelled it to the other lady)! Slush was disgusting watery and warm. Ice cream was cheap tasting, thick with no taste.
