Peppermill Concert Hall — Attraction in West Wendover

My first concert at this venue. Show was great once we got through your security. Rude man said my boyfriend was a "f*in idiot and when we confronted him, security pulled us out of the line but let the guy who started it go through with his young friend(looked about 14). Very poor decision by your security people. EVERYONE should have been detained!! Then we get everything settled and go through your scanners and they actually looked through my purse. I understand you need to screen for things, but to actually move things in my purse is not ok. I had nothing to hide, but I have tons of metal in my body from a car accident. Should have beeped but didn't. Don't understand why go through my purse but scanners don't work??? Horrible experience to be treated like a criminal. I'm 59 years old not some young person who wants trouble. After this experience, I won't be back. I'll do concerts in Salt Lake...

21 years and older to enter......this detail is not highlighted prior to paying for the tickets. My girlfriend, daughter (10 years old) and I bought tickets to the Collin Raye concert and we're not allowed in because of venue policy. I can respect that. What I have an issue with this is this policy was not made clear upfront on the website's event page prior to purchasing tickets. The 21+ policy was in the fine print. Very let down that we could not attend this concert as we travelled 3+ hours to get here.

Went to see Martina McBride 09-08-23. She was incredible! The sound quality in the arena was awful. Some instruments turned up to high, microphones for the singers cut in and out and were scratchy. I have been to Jr. High Choir Concerts that had better sound quality. Peppermill needs to upgrade their equipment, fire their sound engineer and do "sound checks" with the artists before the concert to work out the bugs.
