Romanza — Restaurant in West Wendover

Last night Laura and I had another opportunity to dine at the Ramonza. As usual, the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was perfect. We were promptly greeted by Haley, who was a wonderful young lady and perfect hostess. We were then greeted and served by Ana, who was as professional and kind as any fine dining food server could be. We happened to remember Ernesto, who is the manager of the restaurant, and he was as gracious and professional as we remembered. There’s not a lot in Wendover, so if you were looking for an exquisite fine dining, Italian restaurant, look no further. Laura and I cannot say enough about our dining experience. Total buz kill was very nice wonderful atmosphere before remodel now is a very high priced crowded cafe. Food was ok bit salty not worth the price, was there for 1hr and 45 minutes after eating was to tired to go enjoy some gambling and drinks. I may have enjoyed it if the atmosphere was the same as a few years ago. I dont know when they remodeled but when its not broken don't fix it. Is a bunch of tables cramped in a small room with black walls and Horrible pictures of huge flowers. Please take my advice and dont waste your time or money. Halibut was awesome, fettuccine alfredo came out watery and shrimp was overcooked. Waiter never even came back to check until it was time to bring the ticket to pay, they did credit us the fettuccine alfredo as it was really not edible. Great atmosphere. Very nice people, if it wasn't for the slow service I would have given four stars and if it wasn't for the poor fettuccine and slow service I would have given it five stars.
