This is based on my first experience with my custom bowl. The reason I'm giving it a 3 star because my bowl lack flavor in the broth and the grilled tofu tasted plain and slightly burnt around the edges. I'm pregnant and had decided to go with the vegan option with the broth and protein because I have to be careful with ingredients containing seafood. I did the sumo bowl with Thai Yum broth, grilled tofu, udon noodles, and toppings of scallions, red onion, carrot, corn, and bean sprouts. The downside is as much as I wanted to enjoy the food as it looked, tasting the broth and tofu had little to no flavor that even adding soy sauce, Sriracha, salt, and pepper didn't help enhance the flavors at all. I was expecting for the Thai Yum to have the sourness flavor but it tasted watery unfortunately. The noodles and toppings were delicious but wasn't enough to enjoy my meal so I decided to take it home to add my own flavoring.
The positive thing was the service was great and were helpful with questions that I had. The restaurant was nice and very clean and loved the style of the restaurant. The price was decent for $15-$19 for sumo bowl even though some people may consider it as expensive. You get twice amount of noodles compared to the regular bowl so I'm not complaining. If I was to give this a second chance, I would probably order the beef or chicken broth with different noodles, different protein like poached chicken or beef, and same toppings as I mentioned earlier. I wish I had taken photos at the time but did not plan on staying at Nugget for long, just mainly came to...

The gentleman needs to work on his attitude and how he presents himself as the face of the company. He had a poor attitude and his customer service was really poor. Date was the 14th of December 2024 and the time was around 7:30 pm. The females on the other hand were great , helpful and polite. The good delicious, we did not allow the mentioned gentleman ruin our...

I asked for birria ramen, and some other person threw noodles from another order with mine without checking the with the girl making my order, and it all came out raw. The flavor was nasty, and i also ordered pork belly baos, and they were cold. I will never go to this...
