Years ago I used to skate regularly at the Newington location on their 18+ nights and then tried the Warren Ave location as a change when I was going to USM and was unimpressed with how crowded it was and the amount of teenage drama (all ages night). I didn't realize there was an 18+ night and never went back. On a whim I looked up the Warren Ave location's schedule online and was pleased to see there was an 18+ night on Tuesdays. I found the crowd to be pleasant. The practice area was great since I hadn't skated in years and felt slightly intimidated (one of the regulars noticed that I looked a bit confused looking at my own inline skates as to which when on which foot - yes, it has been that long). There was a great mix of music and the staff was friendly. I certainly won't mind the near-hour-long drive from the Sanford area to go skating as often as possible if this is the norm for...
Read moreWhat a wonderful place! My first visit to this new location and it is everything you would want from a roller skate rink. Great pricing for everything, entry, skate rental (regular OR inline) and food. Total nostalgia from my skating rink when I was a kid. Place opened and got crowded fast, then got super crowded, but the skate floor was still super fun and flowing. Only downside is because it was so crowded it's hard to navigate the non-skate area and could probably use a 2nd register for food when it's so busy.
They have a small arcade to play games, with prizes available, but here's the awesome part, you can just pay CASH for prizes, which works out cheaper than playing those ticket games anyway.
Staff was great and personable, from the skate rental folks, the food servers, the skate rink skating staff. Their love of the place shows.

Read moreMy husband and I have been skating here pretty much every single week, some times twice a week for over 2 years. This place has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it seems that they aren't willing to live up to their potential. The employees seem to be their own clique and even when they are in uniform their are just their to socialize. Pretty much the same music has been played on Tuesday nights for the past two years. Saturday nights is all ages, but it is understandably mostly teenagers. The issue, though, is the behavior of the teens there and the serious lack of it getting addressed by any if the employees. It's usually unsafe. The behavior of the teens would have gotten us kicked out when we were teens at Happy Wheels. Lately I have had less and less desired to go there, even though I love skating. I hope that they start addressing the...
