I went to the drive-thru of the Westbrook Chick-fil-A I was in the left lane and I watched cars in the right lane one right after another get waited on and head towards the window while I sat there behind to pick up truck waiting for him to get waited on so that I could get waited on in the eight cars behind me as well in this Lane meanwhile the right lane is still going and moving but we are sitting there. Finally I get up to the window almost 10 minutes later to place my order. I drive up I get to the window they asked me the name on my order I tell them he looks at all the bags nothing asks me my name again goes back and looks up at some computer screen looks down at the bags walks off comes back asks me my name a third time looks back up at the screen in the bags. Now I'm sitting here for a few minutes not quite five but probably a good 3 minutes in drive-thru time that's long. I finally asked if they had my order in the young man said no I don't see it. I said forget it and he said no wait a minute and he goes and walks off again comes back asked me my name again. I said forget it I'm going to go and he said no we can take your order. I spent almost 15 minutes at your drive-thru and drove off with nothing. If this was the first time at this particular location I could be understanding things happen but each time I go there something is wrong with my order you get a drink there's no straw I'm driving in a car I have to take the lid off to drink so now I checked before I drive off. I have driven off without my sides, I've gotten the wrong meal. You really need to do better the only reason I ever drive through is because I am in a rush and I need to eat before I get to my next destination. That's why it's called fast food I don't choose to eat at any fast food restaurant on a whim it's because I work on the road and sometimes I have to eat this type of food. That was the last time that I will go to this location or any location for that matter. You need to do better you have enough people working in there. There's no reason they didn't have my order I saw it up...

*5 month update: still no call back from Chick fil A management or customer service. I called into their 1-800 number several times, they kept telling me that only the local restaurant can refund me. I ultimately filed a dispute with my credit card company and was reimbursed that way.
I've been to this location several times and more often than not it's good, but the last few times it has been troubling. Just now, 15 minutes ago, I placed an order through the Chick fi A app. I was charged and when I got to the window they said that my payment didn't go through and that I would need to give them a card. I said they didn't make any sense and I asked if I could just have them scan the QR code and that was also a no.
He then went to the manager and said loudly and publicly that my payment method doesn't work and now I am assuming I'm getting charged twice.
The manager came over and said I would need to give them a card or I won't get my food. I said this has never happened to me in all my years of being a very loyal customer. He said that's how it is today. So I left. I called customer service and they determined that I was charged and have requested a refund.
Unfortunately, as much as I love Chick fil A and I go to them often while I travel for work, this one will never see my business...
Read moreNot all dining experiences are good nor bad, each time is different for one reason or another. For this particular experience I had to rate it a five star. Good time all around. We arrived for lunch and this was our first time here since there is only two of them in maine. They have plenty of seating and is wheelchair friendly. They have booths and tables and even a spot with a counter you can stand up and talk at if your not staying long. They are a little on the advanced side having motion detector trash cans. The place opens at six thirty each morning and closes at nine but they are closed sundays. For lunch time I thought the place was pretty clean, including the bathroom. It's not a wait staff type of restaurant. It's a high class fast food joint, where you place an order at the counter and you get it when it's ready but they actually brought it to our table, which was really nice. They accept debit/credit and cash. Prices seemed decent, we spent $47.53 and left very full. We spend more than that at other places and are never full when leaving. Today's staff was all genuinely nice, unlike other places.
We ordered the pretzel chicken sandwich which my husband really liked. We also had waffle fries, I don't generally like waffles fries so I didn't like them but that's not their fault. We got a side of macaroni and cheese and that was the best we have had in a long time, whatever your doing to that, keep it up. We also got the ten piece chicken tenders and they were juicy, fresh and not overcooked. The chick fil a sauce was absolutely amazing, but I'm sure everyone knows that. They also have outdoor seating seasonally. Kids will absolutely love this place, bring your family. Parking is very open, plenty of spots, also a parking lot next to the restaurant. Our first time here was great and will come back...
