Stop & Shop Pharmacy — Attraction in Westfield

This is the BEST pharmacy around! As another reviewer stated, it's a diamond in the rough! Mark, the pharmacist, has been working there since I've been a customer (10+ years), and is so kind, friendly and helpful! He's gone out of his way to help me many times and I really appreciate that. I have anxiety, and can be a PITA, but I've always been treated respectfully there. It's very comforting to be able to ask any questions I have and get helpful, honest answers, with a smile! And, if there's ever a problem, it gets addressed and fixed immediately (Hey, they're only human!). All the staff are great and it feels more like the old Mom and Pop drugstores from back in the day. I've never had a bad experience there and would highly recommend this...

This pharmacy is actually a diamond in the rough. Mark the pharmacist is always courteous and prompt, professional and personable, and the other pharmacists are incredible as well. Really, I went here instead of CVS because of how personable the staff are, and when you are dealing with illnesses of any kind, courteous and professional staff are indeed important to have.

They never get my scripts wrong, nor the scripts of those who are close to me. When calls need to be placed for a refill or for any other reason, they are willing and able to place them immediately or VERY soon after and usually have a response in a few hours.

I just made a purchase from their bakery, and it was as hard as a rock, with the current date!

I can't buy a good avocado, out of 5, maybe 2 are good. Their vegetables have taken a hit also, as Big Y is much better with freshness, and choices for special diets.

I support unions 100%, but when you have CO's who feel they're God's gift, the business will fail.
