Pizza Towne — Restaurant in Westfield

My wife ordered a large pizza from here tonight because we had a flyer in our door when she got home. She was excited because it was cheaper than most pizza in the area! And that is what we got! Extremely Cheap crappy pizza…. It wasn’t terrible, it was just very bland and boring. Clearly frozen dough. It tasted like frozen pizza. Freezer burned flavorless pizza. I can’t explain it, but I felt like I was also being hydrated each and every bite? Honestly we have had better frozen pizzas from Aldis?! The salad was okay, but the garlic bread that came with it was soggy and gross. I’ll wait a year or so and try this place one more time, hopefully the quality is better next time? My wife wanted to try the wings, but they fry everything in the same oil as their seafood which is gross. But my wife is severely allergic...

I had ordered from this restaurant constisitanly for over 3 years now. Multiple times a week- a min of 2 times a month. The food is acceptable... good prices etc. I was happy they delivered over the Russell line. The receptionist (the younger female one) .... she is rude, thinks that she can tell customers to "stop talking" in the middle of placing an order due to her being confused. There are way better ways to talk to customers than saying "okay stop talking" like im a child. A side of fries is $6 by itself. Its not that hard to remove the side of fries and make my sandwich a deluxe... to tell me it's only $1 cheaper means she doesn't know math or what she is talking about. Simple remove this & add this is too much...

I've lived in MA, FL, TX, MX, and CA. Have been a pizza maker in many different places and have always thought of myself as kind of a "pizza expert." I just ordered a lg pepperoni and bacon with extra sauce from these guys and I can't put it down.

The bacon is real, thick, and tasty. Not to mention they actually give u enough of it for it to make a real presence. The pepperoni is also of a higher quality than most other places i know of. The cheese they use stretches perfectly and doesn't get all hard on u within 10 minutes. Crust browned perfectly that does a fine job of supporting each slice of pizza awesomness and a sauce that really makes the pizza. These guys know how to...
