I was initially worried about my ability to complete their workout sessions but I discovered on my first class that the staff is super helpful and are there for you every step of the way. The OC FIT workout is a very effective program because the sessions combine weight training, cardio and core all in one amazing/challenging 45 minute workout. You will be drenched in sweat and sore by the time the class is over!
At OC FIT they offer various formats, movements and equipment so you will never get bored or used to the workout – So in other words expect the element of surprise! Their trainers are passionate and in my case very patient with me. They know when to push and when to tone it down since the classes consist of diverse age groups, fitness levels and dual genders. Whether you are already fit and slim or overweight, their goal is to help you lose weight, learn about proper workout technique, nutrition and hydration. I am so glad I found them and the blonde female trainer is FANTASTIC! Wish I knew her name but I gave her my business card because she makes certain I do the workouts properly and helps me when needed. She is a trainer at the Westminster location and was there today 9/28 during the 9:35AM class and she deserves big kudos for her professionalism, positive attitude and she is a terrific asset for your gym. OC Fit helped me to lose weight and improve my posture so I’m no longer having back pain. I continue to come here with my husband and daughter as well. We love the high intensity workouts and the owner Jessica and coaches- Josh & Karlee are awesome. They have Nutrition challenges a few times a year that help you with any nutrition/fitness/weight loss goals you might have. This year of fitness has been especially different because I have been consistently able to continue working out safely 3x/week with modified high intensity work outs until 32 weeks pregnant. The trainers have been so kind, helpful, and encouraging whenever I need accomodations for any of the workouts, sometimes even setting up personal stations as needed for me to stay safe.
