Uncle Jon's Music — Attraction in Westmont

I have been to this great little store a handful of times. Customer service has ALWAYS been outstanding. I've bought a nice little uke which was very reasonably priced for the good quality. I am teaching myself guitar and went to Uncle Jon's looking for an entry level instrument. As always, customer service was fantastic. He spent time answering all my questions, giving advice, helping me choose a guitar, and offered to tune it before I left. They don't try to oversell you here. I feel my guitar was very reasonably priced for the quality. They seem genuinely interested assisting you on your musical journey. Uncle Jon's Music is the best! I live in Roselle, and can literally walk to Roselle Music, but drive all the way to downtown Westmont EVERY time I need all-things-music, because UJM gives back to it's community. Today's Restring For Food is a food drive that helps end hunger in our area...just had to bring my acoustic electric guitar in today for free new strings AND free restringing, right on the spot! All I had to do was bring 3+ non-perishable items to the store. I've never seen Roselle Music or Guitar Center contribute to their community in any way like UJM does. Because of their kindhearted work, I'm a loyal customer now, driving to UJM for all my music needs. I highly recommend this...

I have purchased a beautiful Strat from Uncle Jon's. First of all, Jon (the son) was very hospitable, professional, and a cool dude. He made me feel home. We discussed guitars and my preferences, So he recommended the Old Vibe Strat, he provided an amp, a cable, and a stool and excused him self cause he s teaching music downstairs. I felt home surounded with beautiful guitars, instruments and memorabilias. I enjoyed me playing the guitar he recommended, so i bought it. Price was reasonable, he knocked off couple bucks from the price of the cable and case.... Great experience, Great people! Family owned and community loved. I will definitely go back to...
