Theresa was such a great help! I had placed an order for a specific date that was very important for my best friend, only for Theresa to call me and say that my arrangement wouldn’t be able to be delivered on that date due to the delivery driver having to leave early due to an emergency. While I totally understand emergencies happen and things go wrong, I was starting to worry because of the importance for this date for my best friend. I expressed to Theresa the importance of the delivery being made that day, and Theresa went way above and beyond and made it happen! She was so great and SO incredibly kind! Definitely deserves top ratings. We went in on a whim to purchase one simple rose. We explained it was for our 90+ mom and that she was feeling blue. We came out with two, both unique rose colors. I was so impressed with the beautiful baby breath, greens and lovely packaging. The woman who assisted us has a heart of gold. I used this florist 38 years ago for our wedding flowers.
