I just started renting here about 3 months ago for a trial period. I was renting in downtown Miami but wanted to move closer to home. This space is amazing, the staff is very professional, Mildred is very helpful and always there to assist in any way possible. I noticed that she's always multitasking, I don't know how she does it.

We have been renting on Lakeside for a couple of years and it has been truly amazing. The lobby is ample, clean, has a luxurious feel about it. There is parking in the front and in the back. Management is extremely clean, never seen a piece of paper on the floor and the bathroom is spotless. They have baked goodies every Monday in the kitchen area.
