I recently visited Mangia & Bevi Pizzeria Napoletana in Weston, hoping to enjoy their authentic Napoletano pizza, but the experience was ruined by the terrible service. Our server was practically non-existent, and the patio lacked even a single fan, making it uncomfortable to sit outside, especially with the swarm of mosquitoes.

We started with a salad that came with balsamic vinegar reduction. Unfortunately, our plates were left dirty with balsamic, and when I asked for a fresh plate for the pizza, the server refused. Instead, he suggested that the balsamic would go well on the pizza. If I wanted balsamic on my pizza, I would have ordered it that way! This was just another example of their poor service.

We asked for a glass of water, which never arrived. When our pizza came, it was cut into four slices. After we finished most of it, I asked for a box for the leftover slice. To my surprise, the young server took it to the back and returned with the slice crammed into a small pastry box, completely smashed. It was clear the pizza had been manhandled.

When I asked the owner why my pizza was shoved into such a small box, he simply said, "That's what we do for one slice of pizza." I responded that while that might be what they do in Napoletano, it's not the practice here in America. Despite this, the owner didn’t apologize, didn’t offer any compensation, and did nothing to rectify the situation.

It's obvious that this place is run by a few rich guys who have no idea how to work in the food industry and certainly don't have a customer service mindset. It's very sad because the experience was horrible from start to finish. No matter how good the food might be, if the service is this bad, this place won’t survive. I won't be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values...

I recently visited the establishment, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, the manager, a gentleman with a skinhead, took our order. Initially, he brought the drinks, but when we requested cups with ice, he ignored us.

Besides our orders to eat on site I ordered a bolognese without Parmesan to-go for my husband. However, the manager brought it to us twice to the table as if is was to eat there, both times with the Parmesan. When the dish was finally brought correctly, the portion was minimal, consisting of only a few rotellinis, and the sauce was overly soggy and very acidic. Given the price, the portion size and quality should have been much better.

Additionally, after my dad and niece finished their meals, a very kind waiter came to clear their plates. Since it was cold outside, my dad asked for the check before my brother and I had finished our meals. The manager then began yelling at the waiter in front of us because the last two plates hadn't been cleared. I attempted to explain that my brother and I had just finished, but he disregarded me and told me to stay quiet and continued to berate the waiter, even taking him outside to continue the confrontation.

This experience was highly disappointing, both in terms of service and the quality of the food, and I hope it can be addressed...

Made reservations for 8pm, upon arrival the owner or manager told us they were behind so we waited until 8:20pm, they sat us outside, we waited ,more than 15 minutes and no one came to offered the menu or drinks, so I decided to go to the first server and told him we needed the menus and water, 15 min later the table behind us arrived and almost immediately got their menus and drinks. My father had to ask our server again for water, when she came with the water, we decided to order the appetizer and food all at once, it took them 30 minutes to bring us a burrata that we order with prosciutto and came without the prosciutto, we asked for plates which they brought after we ate the appetizer that we were sharing.

The food was good, we ordered pasta Bolognese, truffle pizza, meat lovers pizza, Margherita pizza and a pasta Bolognese. The pizzas overall were good, I liked the truffle pizza but I've tried better.

So if you are looking to dine in, expect the service to be very mediocre and extremely slow, the food is good and prices are not bad, so next time I would order pickup or delivery but wont go there...

We had such a wonderful experience at this authentic Neapolitan restaurant! We started with the Frisella appetizer, which was fresh and flavorful, and then moved on to two pizzas, the Pizza Primavera and the Truffle Pizza. Both were incredible, crispy, light dough with the perfect balance of toppings. Honestly, the quality of the pizza here is on another level, some of the best I’ve ever had. For dessert, we couldn’t resist trying both the Pastiera Napoletana and the Tiramisu. Each was delicious in its own way, the pastiera had that traditional, authentic flavor, and the tiramisu was creamy and perfectly balanced. The service was quick and attentive, and the atmosphere was simple, clean, and welcoming. Being there really felt like taking a little trip to Naples, authentic, cozy, and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more pizzas and explore more of their menu!

We come to this Pizzeria based in the reviews but honestly little disappointed. We ordered eggplant parmesan, pasta bolognese, and vegetarian pizza. Good part of the dinning experience, we love the ambience and decent table service. Full marks to pizza, hands down. The veggies were crunchy and right amout of cheese and red sauce. Thumbs up for the pizza. Now eggplant parmesan, tasted good but the top slice of eggplant were hot and bottom slice was like cold, felt they were pulled out of the fridge, heated and served onto dinning plate, so thumbs down. Last item, pasta bolognese, this is subjective. I like my pasta not to hard or not mushy, needs to be apt. And the pasta served was chewy, again felt like it was served out of fridge, mildly heated and served with hot bolognese. So again thumbs down.
