Review of AT&T Phone Line Store on Weston Rd

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the AT&T Phone Line Store on Weston Rd. My experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

I called ahead and spoke with an employee named Frank to confirm the store's closing time, which he stated was 7 PM. I arrived at the store at 6:20 PM, a full 40 minutes before the confirmed closing time, only to be met with an unwelcome tone from Frank informing me that the store was already closed. There was no apology or explanation for why the store was closing early. This lack of courtesy and professionalism was very disappointing.

Adding to my frustration, I called AT&T's customer service at 611 to discuss my situation, as I had a due date to return a device. I hoped for an extension of just one day. However, the customer service representative was unhelpful and still Waiting on call.

Over the years, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of AT&T's customer service. It used to be excellent, but my recent experiences have been far from satisfactory. The level of service at the AT&T Phone Line Store on Weston Rd and through their customer support hotline leaves much to be desired.

I hope AT&T takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the quality of their customer service, both in-store and over the phone. For now, I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this...

Went to the Weston store in search of a new phone today and that was after visiting other stores where I walked away from disappointed. When I walked in the store I was greeted by the store manager and the employees on staff. David the store manager assisted me with what would be my new phone. Unlike the other stores I visited, David listened to what I wanted and was very patient by providing me with all the latest plans. David was well verse with all the data plans and pricing. I was even able to turn in my old phone that was credited to my new phone that I was completely stoked about. I was very please with the services that was provided to me by David. He's staff was even very helpful by assisting me with the new features that were rolled out with the new iPhone 6 S.
