The female cashier named Danny is extremely rude and unreasonable. This is the target I go to often, because all the stuff there are friendly, welcoming, EXCEPT this Danny. She asked my husband and I to check out our water in separate cards, which I have no problem with. So I used the gift cards in my target app wallet(we didnāt carry the gift card with me since we loaded it into my app), and then I tried to use my physical RED card to check my stuff, she took my water away and says we canāt do that. Then I was trying to show the last receipt to her that we only used the gift card as payment method, telling her that itās different card per her policy. She REFUSED to look at my receipt even and with extremely rude attitude and started to raise her voice -āI donāt care, you canāt use the same card!ā I still try to explained, she saysāIām not listeningā, not trying to cooperate at all, not trying to solve the problem, all she does is rude, mean and trying to ruin other peopleās day and make a scene. The other store staff claimed that she was watching for the store manager came in when I asked to talk to the store manager, and told us she would talk to the store manager about this.
Store manager, if you still care about your customers, your other staff, please follow up with me. I think what Danny did is very UNFAIR to your other staff who works so hard to make this store a pleasant place, but this cashier ruins everything. Good example is that I would give a 5 star to this store, but I can only give 2 now, and I donāt think I want to go back there anymore. As a loyal customer, or even just a first timer to Target, I do not deserve to be treated this way with this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy dear friend and member of the Irvine community for over 25 years received horrible treatment by the head of security. My friend has been a valued and regular customer to the store for over 25 years, additionally she has been an outside vendor at the store for over 10 years. On Monday, February 10, 2020 she was confronted by the head of security, Ryan Bravo. My friend was under the impression that her and Ryan weāre on friendly terms as she sees him often while working in the store and they address each other with friendly welcomes and smiles. But on February 10, he chose to treat my friend as a common criminal. He was hostile towards her, demeaning and accusatory. I understand that as the security person, Ryan has a job to do, but the way my friend was treated is deplorable. Additionally, the store managers were not made aware of his actions or the fact that Ryan had banned my friend from ever coming back to the store and contacted her boss and got her fired from working at any target store in the future. Due to this situation, I will no longer be a customer at this particular store. I feel strongly that management needs to rectify the situation and apologies need to be made. And that the security guard should be held accountable for his rude and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOh boy, where do I even begin? Let me tell you about our recent adventure at Target on Barranca Parkway in Irvine. My girlfriend and I thought we'd give it another shot, but boy, were we in for a surprise! I have to say, it looked like a tornado had swept through there. It was like a chaotic art class for kindergartners, with nail polish painted and variety of colors spills everywhere. It was definitely not the organized haven my girlfriend was hoping for. We're all for creativity, but this was next-level chaos.
Now, let's talk about the security guard, James. Oh, James, what a character! He apparently took it upon himself to become a detective extraordinaire. He racially profiled my friends and me, accusing us of stealing. I mean, really? Just because we were browsing the aisles and minding our own business, it doesn't automatically make us criminals. James didn't stop at accusing us. Oh no, he went ahead and dropped the cracker bomb on me. Yep, he actually called me a cracker. I couldn't help but chuckle at the absurdity of it all. I mean, who knew Target had an unofficial comedy club? Maybe James is secretly moonlighting as a stand-up comedian? Weāll be exploring other aisles of retail therapy in the future. Good luck,...
