Salad House — Attraction in Westwood

We unexpectedly came across this place while looking for a place to order from for dinner. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, as he greeted us outside and even offered us a discount since they had just opened the day before.

The establishment is very clean and nicely arranged. It was spacious and bright. The staff was also very friendly as well.

As for the food, we enjoyed everything we ordered. This included chicken quesadilla, french fries, white cheddar mac and cheese, cauliflower bites, Harvest Bowl, Teriyaki Bowl, and Thai Rice Bowl. The bowls were even a nice hearty size.

We definitely plan to come back again, and are glad there's a salad place...

BEST. SALADS. EVERRRRRR! I order the Oh My Gourd (Arugula, Baby Kale, Quinoa, Candied Pecans, Roasted Butternut Squash & Goat Cheese) HOLY MOLY! Incredible salad, so delicious -- I do it with STEAK (highly recommend - it's never overcooked and always juicy and delicious). This was a huge disappointment. I’ve been wanting to go to this restaurant for a while. Finally decided to go, I got a Dill sandwich. The chicken is basically bad frozen chicken tenders… the only reason I would give a two star is because the sweet potato fries are good. I couldn’t even chew a piece of the chicken because it was hard whether it was overcooked or just bad. Maybe the grain bowls are better because I see other people taking nice pictures of those. But definitely not a place I would...
