One star to too much for this horrible place. In December, I placed an order for a gown for my daughters wedding in May .The dress was $4100 which I was willing to pay for something special. Three weeks before the wedding I was still being given the run around that the fabric has not come in yet. I called her for one week straight and she never returned my phone calls. I finally came in with my husband and Anna the owner said "well you must be really worried" I was so upset and angry and she kept blaming me and saying she never has had problems before and will get the dress made in time. By this point I was beyond believing anything she had to say, and I found out thru a friend of mine ,that her friend also had a similar problem with Anna and never wore the dress because she was unhappy with the way it came out. I decided to buy another dress in case they did not finish the dress. Finally 2 weeks before the wedding the fabric came in and now she needed to put the beading on the dress. I had asked her many times to show me some choices on the beading since I wanted it very simple. She kept telling me not to worry. Now two weeks before the wedding I had no choices on selections and she was annoyed that I did not like these huge ugly beads she was trying to put on the dress. It finally came to a big fight and she told me to buy the beads myself. The next day she called me to say she would put the lace with beading on the dress for no additional charge. She had tried to charge me $500 more for this lace earlier that week. The dress was delivered to me before the wedding but the stress getting to this point was beyond belief. Anna is the most rude, nasty and unprofessional business women I have ever met. Save yourself a lot of grief..DONT SHOP HERE. Ellen Samra May 11,2016

I am completely shocked at how she is still in business. She definitely does not deserve to be and should definitely not be allowed to deal with the public. I am writing this review on my mother's behalf. She bought a custom made gown for $3600.00 for my son's wedding. One week later my mother called to say I was coming into town on a Monday from out of state and she wanted me to see the dress. Anna promised she would be in. We drove 45 minutes to the store. It was closed. When we called the next day, she barely apologized. The next week I arrived again, we went to see the dress and explained that my father had become ill and we had to fly to Florida sooner than expected. Anna said she was very busy and couldn't complete the dress in 2 weeks. We asked if she could just give us whatever was ready and we would have the dress finished in Florida. The dress wasn't even started. She shipped the finished product to Florida. The dress was huge. My mother had lost at least 5 lbs. So the fitting was completely inaccurate. She went back to NJ the next week. She showed Anna the dress and they refitted her and told her to come back 3 days later. When my mother got there Anna said, the seamstress forgot to alter the dress. My mother waited in the shop for over 2 hours for the seamstress to complete the dress. Finally the dress was complete. My mother left the store and 15 minutes later Anna called and said she forgot to put the bra she had purchased for the dress in the bag. My mother turned around and got it. I can go on and on about how rude Anna was throughout this entire process but the bottom line is the day of the wedding all of the seams came loose. She told me on at least five different occasions that it was ready. Once I drove 45 minutes to get there and when I got there she told me that it had a hole in it and she had to start all over again by purchasing new fabric. Then a month later she wasn't returning my phone calls and lied and told me that she was first going to NYC that Sunday to buy more red fabric. Promised to send it to me within 2 weeks. In two weeks I called and she said that a fabric company just sent the fabric and I'd have it by the following Tuesday. That Tuesday I called and she again wouldn't return my calls. Someone in her shop then answered the phone at 5:00 and said that they promised to overnight it to me by today. It's April 16th and still I don't have the dress. Anna is dishonest as the day is long . Once when I was in the store someone called and told her on the phone that she was a liar and copied a dress that she claimed was her design. I just called to file a fraud complaint against her with American Express. She has no conscience and the one outfit that I did buy in December took 3 or 4 weeks to be shipped and she lied about the tracking information, she used US Postal Service and told me that it was going to be delivered on a certain date which was not available through her shipping method.
