Mr. Walsh is exceedingly pleasant to do business with. He immediately resized my great-grandfathers wedding ring for me 3 days before I got married. I returned a few months later to work with him to buy my wife pearl earrings for her birthday, and an incredible pearl necklace for Christmas. He is more than willing to talk through options and price points, and did not push to upsell me to something out of my range as so many chain jewelry stores have a habit of doing.
